I just had the most fantastic experience with Blanca. She was quick, kind, and made me feel so at ease. The wax was painless and chatting with Blanca made it go by so quickly. The person at the front desk was absolutely lovely, too, and made everything super easy in terms of booking and payment. Love this place and will absolutely be going back!

I’ve been visiting this salon for a few years, and every experience has been excellent. All the staff members I’ve interacted and booked with are friendly and welcoming. I’ve been a regular client of Teena’s since she joined the team, and she is exceptional—always making my appointments comfortable and efficient. Booked a Full Leg and Brazilian appointment with Kamryn M and she did an amazing job my with my wax! It was my first time getting waxed and she explained the steps throughout the duration of the appointment and ensured I was comfortable. She is very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. It helped make the appointment less awkward for me. The store was also really clean. Thanks again Kamryn!

I just got a spray tan here, and it’s absolutely beautiful! I've been getting tans for a couple of years at other salons, but this one is by far the best. I'm so happy I decided to book here! The colour is super even, and my problem areas (hands, feet, elbows, and knees) look flawless! I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this place! Amanda did my tan, and she was awesome. :)

The waxes are done incredibly quick, which may sound like a good thing, but they miss a lot of spots and don't go back in with tweezers to clean up hairs that didn't pull. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes, got home to shower, and was disappointed.

Had a lovely experience here! Reception was super friendly and inviting. Teena was absolutely fantastic. She was quick and efficient yet gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process. The most painless experience I’ve ever had with threading and waxing! Would definitely go again.

The most meticulous waxing I've recieved is with Teena. She is professional and efficient, though I didn't feel rushed. A note to those that are new....at Waxonomy it is common practise that the provider does not leave the room while the client is changing. Teena is very respectful and as such, turns away until the client is ready and on the table.

I would say 9.5/10 I leave completely satisfied! Most of the staff are very friendly, shoutout to Jess at the front desk who is very sweet to all of the clients! I always have a pleasant experience with Justine doing my waxes! Spray tan room is a little small for my liking, but I get that they are utilizing all the space they have! There body scrubs are to die for, the best ones I have found. Update: I still come after over a year and I want to add that Jess at the front desk is exceptional at client relations, she handles clients with care and compassion, you will never be greeted and feel uncomfortable or scared when Jess is at the desk!
