This is a very beautiful, modern and professional business that offers a wide range of services. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. However, I arrived for a 10:20 appointment, was ushered off into a tiny cubicle where the walls did not go up to the ceiling, thus I could clearly hear the other patients being seen ( hardly confidential or private). 45 minutes later, the Dr arrived with 2 other staff. We could barely fit in the room. The appointment maybe lasted 5 minutes, the Dr was obviously impatient and did not address the reason I was there. After waiting a year to be seen, this was totally disappointing and i felt very unseen, unheard and unvalued as a client. I guess their time has more value than mine.

I’ve been doing laser at Derma Skin Institute. Also got a couple different facials done. And I have to say I LOVE getting treatments from Kimberlee! She makes me feel so comfortable and always goes above and beyond what I was expecting for my treatment. She has a way of being empathetic and informative in a way that I deeply appreciate. She made the space so cozy and cute and there’s not much more I love than a reputable clinic! I can’t wait to go back! What a great clinic. Thank you Derma team!

Kimberlee the medical aesthetician spent extra time with me to talk about my options. Definitely didn’t feel rushed like I’ve experienced at other places. We chose a plan that was just right for me. I went for a bump on the lower lip. I was advised surgery to have it removed. This surger would be $600 plus taxes. Since surgery would leave a mark, there is no guarantee on whether on not it will leave a mark. So I gave up on getting the surgery. I applied an ointment which contains boric acid (boroline) which is generally used for minor infections and it worked like a charm. In 2 weeks the bump reduced and in another 2 weeks it almost went away. Just for a 2 minute consultation it was $150 plus taxes. I do understand the value of time at such a prestigious skin center. But it is hard not to feel bad bad when this bump went away with such a simple ointment. To me, it is a wrong diagnosis.

Very friendly staffs, quick to bring me to a numbered room to continue filling up my info. Right behind another staff taking my prescription medication and current situation on a clipboard. In a minute the doctor assessed my skin condition visually and verbal questions. After that awesome assessments I'm impressed to have recovered without any further appointment. My initial consult today with (nurse) Tara and Dr. Parikh was very thorough and informative. They both took time to evaluate the struggles I've been having for 2 years with an itchy scalp.
