All the registered massage therapists at pomegranate grove have been nothing short of amazing. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable, and do a great job of addressing the pain that I'm experiencing due to my back problems and other issues that occur from my physical job. I have noticed that my mobility has increased and my day to day life is a lot easier since making regular appointments starting last year. The therapists that I have seen are Tanya, Denise, Kimberly, who are all very skilled, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend the grove!"

"Absolutely incredible experience at Pomegranate Grove Massage. My first massage was with Mairin a few months ago and was truly the best massage I have ever had. I could immediately tell she knew her anatomy and was very skilled at her practice. Going in, I had some pretty intense back pain caused by pregnancy, and I left with so much relief. "It's always a treat going to the Grove! There are a few massage therapists I love to see there, which comes in handy booking apts with my limited schedule. They have always been very accommodating. Not to mention super knowledgeable and excellent teachers, I usually come in with a different injury once a month and they fix me right up. "This is a very beautiful, modern and professional business that offers a wide range of services. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. However, I arrived for a 10:20 appointment, was ushered off into a tiny cubicle where the walls did not go up to the ceiling, thus I could clearly hear the other patients being seen ( hardly confidential or private). 45 minutes later, the Dr arrived with 2 other staff. We could barely fit in the room. The appointment maybe lasted 5 minutes, the Dr was obviously impatient and did not address the reason I was there. After waiting a year to be seen, this was totally disappointing and i felt very unseen, unheard and unvalued as a client. I guess their time has more value than mine."

"I went for a bump on the lower lip. I was advised surgery to have it removed. This surger would be $600 plus taxes. Since surgery would leave a mark, there is no guarantee on whether on not it will leave a mark. So I gave up on getting the surgery. I applied an ointment which contains boric acid (boroline) which is generally used for minor infections and it worked like a charm. In 2 weeks the bump reduced and in another 2 weeks it almost went away. Just for a 2 minute consultation it was $150 plus taxes. I do understand the value of time at such a prestigious skin center. But it is hard not to feel bad bad when this bump went away with such a simple ointment. To me, it is a wrong diagnosis."

"Went and got shellac manicure and pedicure. The manicure started peeling within a few days. Pedicure was fine.it was expensive to begin with but even if it wasn’t, it should not have done that. Went back another time for just a French manicure and once again within a couple of days the polish started to come off and peel. What they charge for services is more expensive than other salons and for this to be happening is unacceptable. Won’t be going back"

I am so pleased with the quality of my manicure. Elaine did an amazing job and the shaping is wonderful! It was also 19 dollars less for a full and shellac that most other places!
