When you walk in it’s very clean and home like appearance. The practitioners meet you at the door with a smile every time! Very friendly staff, if you have any questions they will answer and suggest ways to fix the issue. And the best part in my opinion is they take insurance and will put it through for you. No hassle. "Emily is a very unprofessional staff.She doesn't know anything about customer service. She has an attitude, she doesn't know how to talk to people, service without good customer service is not worth it. She talked to us as if we are liars and she mentioned things that we didn't say it. I cancelled my family appointments with RMT because we give them the business but they don't know how to treat their customers. It is not a matter of 5 minutes taken from the appointment you think we care about that?Our dignity is more precious than that It's a matter of your attitude and how you said it Emily.Go take customer service training before you start any business.You were so aggressive how you welcomed us and this is not acceptable. By the way the other staff such as Cindy and Megan are amazing ."

"It’s a nice place. But one thing I find very odd is that they keep the door locked most of the time and don’t unlock it until the start of your allotted time. If I book a 60 minute massage I expect to be massaged for 60 minutes but they count this as part of your time as well as while they are talking to you about what you need worked on etc so be careful how long you spend talking as it’s an expensive conversation. I also find I prefer some practitioners over others so you just have to find someone that aligns with your preferences as they all have their own techniques and styles."
