Just finished our acupressure workshop with Cherina, and what a great time. From start to finish, she created a relaxing environment that still allowed for clear instruction and practice. We learned several new techniques, and both came away with a better understanding of how to use her techniques at home. I’m usually sceptical with this stuff, but this is a must try.

I booked the Couples Massage Class and Cupping Therapy Class with a friend and learned so much! Cherina went above and beyyond. Cherina was very communicative, prepared, and kind and had lots of knowledge that I learned from. I thoroughly enjoyed Cherina's workshops and hope to book more classes in the future and will share with friends. The skills I learned from both classes have helped me tremendously with my confidence in applying massage techniques (acupressure and cupping) to my partner. Cherina cares a lot about your overall health and wellness and is very helpful with recommendations to improve your health and wellness and kind. I enjoyed my workshop classes so much, that I booked with Dr. Pfaff (Chiropractor) and I am now a patient of his. He is very kind and provides helpful suggestions and care to improve your health and wellness. I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Pfaff taking the time to discuss my health and provide careful manipulations to ensure I feel my best.
