I'm a person who has a very hard time relaxing. My brain is constantly going and my muscles never seem to want to unwind. With that being said I was a bit shocked to find myself in such a state of serenity after having the pleasure of seeing Santana. There were points in my massage where it felt she had more than 2 hands. This lady has a talent and made it an art form. The room was filled with a low light and calming music that helped to wash away any thoughts. The neck massage was also a nice treat on my jaw as I have a hard time not grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw. Icing on the cake is the massage bed was even heated which was a real treat for someone like myself with temperature sensitivity. I've been to a good number of RMT's in my life and this lady topped them all. The rest of my errands in the usually stressful city were done with a dopy smile on my face. Highly recommend to anyone needing a massage or just needing to relax and whisk away for an hour. Parking was easy to find. The business itself was clean, minimalist and peaceful quiet. I also had no issues direct billing to my insurance which is also a bonus.

Had a great massage with Marissa! She is incredibly kind and really listens to your concerns. She is very skilled and ensures you are comfortable throughout the appointment. Great location and the space is peaceful. Marissa is truly one of the best RMTs in the city!!

It was my first visit at Allay Wellness Centre. The place is very well done, spacious and has a very good vibe the moment you set foot. Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist. She was very attentive and understood my back issues well. The massage was focused on my sore areas and just after my first session itself I feel so much better. Pain in my lower back has gotten less intense. The treatment rooms are super cozy and have a nice calming ambience. I am definitely going back ❤️

Santana is Amazing! She knows just how much pressure to use and when or where to put more. I’m usually ticklish but never even had a ticklish feeling when she touched me! So great! It really relived my back pain and love it.

I had my 2nd appointment with Santana today and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I felt so much pain relief, and felt so relaxed when I left. Santana is also a very kind person and makes you feel very comfortable during the service. I will stick with her as long as I can :)

This was my first time visiting Allay Wellness. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, and Santana Sawatzky did amazing work! She was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her techniques, and I left my massage with more ease of movement and less pain. Definitely a gem in the Cathedral area!

First time getting a massage with Danielle Hilt and I am so satisfied. You can tell she’s very skilled and experienced. The place is clean and ambience is relaxing. Highly recommend 10/10.
