"I tried to book a massage yesterday for 2pm. They booked me in and later on called to cancel because therapist had called in sick. Person on the telephone told me she will rebook me in today for 2pm. After checking back in the hotel I stopped by to confirm MRT had not called in sick again. The lady working said there was no appointment and that they do not provide the service at this location. Why would she have booked me yesterday if thisservice is not provided. I looked on their website and they provide the massage therapy sessions. Not not happy at all."

Always leaving me wanting to come back the ambience is so calm and welcoming and the staff are all great. "Came here for a massage, first time coming here as my regular place couldn't fit me in on the weekend. Overall the massage was good (went for a relaxation massage) but gave a combination of a little bit of deep tissue which I liked. But I give it 3 stars do to the fact that it was a supper congested area. There was no real place to put my belongs, only had one hook to put my jacket the rest of my belongs went on a chair in a shower that was right beside the bed. Also another reason for the 3 stars is because the bed that I was given barely had any cushion on it. I felt like I was laying on a wood board."

"Received a hot stone massage. It was okay. The massage itself was great, and Ashley did a great job. It was quite cold inside the spa, I was expecting it to be warm and relaxing. The only time I was relaxed and felt warm, was when she put wet hot towels around my feet and my chest. The environment was very very small and squished, no room to put my items or hang my jacket. It was also very loud, you could hear every car outside and all conversations from people walking outside. The music was also not a spa music, it sounded like that was not good. Just For You Day Spa offers way more during their massages and I feel very relaxed during them, and for less cost as well."

"I'm a person who has a very hard time relaxing. My brain is constantly going and my muscles never seem to want to unwind. With that being said I was a bit shocked to find myself in such a state of serenity after having the pleasure of seeing Santana. There were points in my massage where it felt she had more than 2 hands. This lady has a talent and made it an art form. The room was filled with a low light and calming music that helped to wash away any thoughts. The neck massage was also a nice treat on my jaw as I have a hard time not grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw. Icing on the cake is the massage bed was even heated which was a real treat for someone like myself with temperature sensitivity. I've been to a good number of RMT's in my life and this lady topped them all. The rest of my errands in the usually stressful city were done with a dopy smile on my face. Highly recommend to anyone needing a massage or just needing to relax and whisk away for an hour. Parking was easy to find. The business itself was clean, minimalist and peaceful quiet. I also had no issues direct billing to my insurance which is also a bonus."

"It was my first visit at Allay Wellness Centre. The place is very well done, spacious and has a very good vibe the moment you set foot. Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist. She was very attentive and understood my back issues well. The massage was focused on my sore areas and just after my first session itself I feel so much better.
