I had an incredible manicure and pedicure at Alma Natural Spa. The serene atmosphere, natural products and skilled technician made it a truly relaxing experience. My nails look flawless and the hand massage was pure bliss. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch nail care and pampering! Going back for a facial!!!

Booked a last minute 60 minute aromatic whole body massage through class pass. I booked it 2 hours in advance and got a text message from staff asking if I can be rescheduled for another date because they were not feeling well so I said it was totally fine and asked if I could get credited back so I can book elsewhere. Staff said it was ok and that “someone else” would do it. I arrived 15 minutes early and found staff and no other customers. Staff said they had an issue with scheduling therefore had the excuse, but felt totally blindsided getting lied to. The upstairs itself seemed clean, downstairs was an old basement where massage took place. There were no pre-assessments done or emergency contact taken which is pretty routine for a massage even if not with RMT. The staff was pleasant and overall pretty adequate massage, pressure was ok, but didn’t take note of the softer parts of your body (like inner arm near your bicep or calves) so today my arms feel like they have a rug burn. Overall an adequate experience for a last minute booking, but I would not come back.

I was very pleased with my manicure at Alma Natural Spa! I needed to get my nails done for work, and they were very accommodating despite me calling to say I’d be a few minutes late due to traffic. I found the service friendly, kind, and professional. The place itself was comfortable, and the tools seemed appropriately sterilized. It’s rare to find a spot in the city that uses clean ingredients and no harsh chemicals. I enjoyed my experience and, despite being a bit far from where I’m based, will definitely be back next time I need a manicure/ pedicure!

What a great vibe and atmosphere this place has! A true unassuming hidden gem of a spa. I go for the exfoliating body massage and its always perfect. I think the girl I see is Bita. But everyone I've been to here has been amazing. Wonderful massages, highly recommend.

I had the calming and hydrating facial with Paresha and it was wonderful, exactly what I hoped for and expected. I have rosacea and my skin felt great after, not at all irritated. It was very relaxing and I'm definitely booking another one in a few months.

I had a great experience with Paresha for a Zen Facial yesterday. I'm 7 weeks postpartum, and my mother-in-law gifted me this facial for my birthday. All of the products used are all natural, which is essential for me as perfumes/ parabins/ synthetic fragrances make my skin break out. This was such a nice treat for me! FYI, facials are done downstairs , if walking is hard, this could pose an issue. I wasn't paying too close attention to much, I did see that the nails were done upstairs, though. I'm looking forward to coming back!

I feel awful writing this review but it’s important for others know. This truly was by far one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had in my life. The woman who serviced me was very kind but terribly unskilled and shouldn’t be working on customers. In addition to that, they list off all these additions that come with said “sports manicure” and charge more but in a nutshell it’s a basic pedicure without polish and I could have done a better job on my own and saved myself $65. Will not be returning.

Worse threading, pressure into a 6 month agreement, sale pitch unlimited threading in area agreed to. Harassment each appt as the owner insisted to follow the 3 cycle hair growth which was silly!!! If there is facial hair it needs to be remove. PERIOD Lighting in space is poor, hair removal areas were missed due to poor light. A 6 month nightmare!!!! I’m currently a yearly member of a competitive with the area, which cost less then 6 month service in this salon. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
