I absolutely love going to Anna Bélanger to get my massages. I’ve been going for nearly 2 years now. Bank Street location is a convenient spot since it’s close to the highway and there’s always street parking. I always ask for James and he does an amazing job of checking in with me on how I am doing before and after my massage. After my massage, I feel rejuvenated and I feel like I can take on the world! The space is clean and minimalistic. When you walk in, you immediately feel calm. Great customer service too! I love coming here and I’m going to be a returning customer for a while!

I’ve been coming here for years and always had a wonderful experience. Very clean and great vibe. Today I saw Shawna for the first time and.. WOW. Easily my top 2 massages of all time. She listened to what I was looking for and executed wonderfully. Found my new favourite massage therapist! ???? They also do direct billing making my visit efficient and easy. Highly recommend!

I had two prenatal massages with Jessica O and they were fantastic - probably the best massages I ever had. She was very attentive and created relaxing environment with theraputic results. The clinic is lovely and staff are incredibly friendly, accomodating, and professional. Highly recommend!

Kelly Thorne was the absolute best! Very professional and kind, plus just a wonderful human being! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed for my pregnancy massage. The place is very well equipped with a great vibe. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have been coming to this location for just over a year and have seen many of the RMT’s and always leave feeling amazing. Since last August, my partner and I have been seeing James and I can no longer imagine booking with anyone else! He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional and caring. I can tell that he is passionate about the service he provides and wants to make a difference through treatment. If i am his first client of the day or his last I always get an excellent massage. James has helped immensely with my shoulder tension & has even given us home care stretches. Great human with great conversation and an outstanding service overall every single time. You will not regret it !

I have been going to Anna Belanger for over 6 years now. I am treated like a human individual rather than a "customer" or a number like at some other places I have been to. I started going when I was pregnant as I needed a place where I felt comfortable and relaxed. I had reached out to Anna, shared my difficult history and situation, and she matched me with Allison, who she felt was a great fit (she was right!). It is an amazing place where I feel very welcome. Allison goes out of her way to help me book appointments that align with my schedule. She listens to my needs and tailors her treatments accordingly. I look forward to each appointment as it is a great way for me to restore and maintain both my physical and mental health.
