This was my first time visiting Armstrong, and I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Misari. She is truly one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. I came in with tons of questions about the service and other offerings, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I had a fantastic experience here. Carolyn was skilled and attentive, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work. The ambiance was calming, the facility was clean, and the staff was welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality massage therapy! Ample parking is available at the back of the building, which is very convenient. The clinic is located on the second floor of the building and has secure access, and an entry code is required.

Just had my first face massage and treatment, and wow—it looks like it took at least five years off! Carolyn made the whole experience incredible, and I’m definitely adding this face treatment which includes lymphatic drainage to my regular self-care routine every few months. As always, the clinic and rooms feel so warm and welcoming. Big thanks to Carolyn and the Armstrong family!

It was my first time here and wouldn't be my last. Dale was very professional ans it was one of my best deep tissue massage. I know everyone has there own techniques. So I did have many great experiences in the past. But for the pain I wss experiencing he found all my major issues and took his time and worked on them. Which gave me quite the relief. The place is extremely clean and the equipment was not I was used too. Which made the experiences even better. The table was heated and the heating pad that wss used from my muscles was a great touch. Already booked my next appointment. I'm so pleased with the service. I've made arrangements for the rest of my family to go.

Had an amazing massage from Misari! She is highly skilled and knows exactly how to relieve tension and stress from muscles. The entire experience was relaxing and therapeutic. On top of that, they offer direct billing for insurance companies, which makes the process so much more convenient. Armstrong massage is my favourite place to get massaged. I've been going for a few years, and every massage therapist I've had (who's still on staff) has been wonderful. Caroline, who is the owner, is my go-to person and is always ready with an amazing soundtrack. Dale and Liz are also fantastic, and I recommend trying any and all staff and seeing who works best for you. If you're looking to book a session, this is the place to go!
