Sandi is very professional, and makes the effort to educate herself about your skin and needs. The salon is kept extremely clean and tidy, and I’ve always been greeted warmly. The service itself was also very effective, and I’m summer ready with my laser that’s been done. Just cause you’re coming in for a treatment, doesn’t mean it may be best for you at that time. She advised me to wait after coming from vacation to get my laser done and I thought that was very telling of her care she puts into the client, whereas some people just care to get business. Would defs recommend!!!

I feel like they intentionally use the lower strength setting on their Soprano laser so that customers would go back every couple of months. I stopped going there after five sessions and half the hair grew back after just a month. Even my Philips IPL works more efficiently.

I began my laser hair removal for my face and neck using Soprano laser at Avante a few months back. My experience exceeded all expectations. Sandi is very skilled and knowledgeable, but her attention to detail and professionalism truly set her apart. Throughout the process, Sandi ensured that I felt comfortable and informed, addressing any concerns I had with patience and care. I was impressed by the cleanliness at Avante laser. My schedule is all over the place, she still finds the time to complete the laser. I've also noticed great results with the hair removal. Not only has the treatment significantly reduced hair growth in those areas, but the hair that does grow back is finer and much less noticeable.

I’ve been coming to avante for 2 years now to get my lashes done by Aman and she is honestly the best!! The lashes she does on me always look so good and they stay on for so long!! I come back here every 3 weeks for a fill and I won’t stop coming back!! Love her and sandi!!

I recently visited for a laser hair removal session and wanted to share my experience. During the session, I felt a significant amount of discomfort and pain. I tried to communicate my concerns multiple times, but it seemed the procedure remained quite rough for me. SHE WAS THAT ROUGH WITH ME THAT I HAVE RED MARKINGS UNDER MY ARMPIT - you can tell that it was PAINFUL & still in pain. I’ve had multiple hair laser removals in the past and usually they are friendly and gentle. She did not care about my concerns. Even though I mentioned to her that it HURTS - she kept going mentioning that it’s normal & laughed. UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. Thanks Sandy - my underarms is extremely sore all thanks to you. It FEELS like a ripping feeling. I REGRET going here. I understand that some discomfort is normal, but this experience was particularly painful. My underarms are still SORE. I don’t know if I want to return because my armpit is still in PAIN. I know this isn’t normal - were you eager to close & go home? Then don’t book your appointments nearing closing time because you were way too rough with my armpits and now they are sore.
