I wasn't overly thrilled with this salon. To start, my nail tech didn't understand/hear me when I said no manicure just shellac, so myself and her colleague had to repeat "no manicure" to ensure that I didn't overpay for something I didn't want. I also had to correct her on the shaping of my nails after I had shown her the shape I was looking for. The salon wasn't busy when I was in, yet I still was only given one UV machine to switch between hands, and therefore, I did not feel as though each hand was able to cure long enough between coats. I chose a gold glitter colour, and as soon as they were done, I could tell how uneven the application is of the colour. Some nails look almost translucent (not enough coats), while others are more opaque near the tip of my nail where the brush would finish with the polish, and are a visibly weaker colour near the base of my nail. (In the photos, it is most visible between my middle and ring fingers on both hands.) When I was paying, she typed four different numbers into the calculator and showed me a total but couldn't explain the pricing, so I needed the help of another employee to explain the pricing before I paid. I also wasn't aware that they only take debit, no credit cards whatsoever, which would be nice to alert customers to when they phone to book. It could have been just the one tech that I had, but I am not convinced that she could see what she was doing very well, as the colour is very obviously not even across my nails. Overall, I was not pleased with the service that I received, and I will not be returning.

Never ever come here. I called before I came and asked if they had time for a manicure and they said yes. I came in and I was rushed to pick a colour. Then I sit down and the lady is rushing to get through my nails, all of my nail shapes are different sizes and shapes (I asked for almond) and majority of them are missing paint on the sides. Then she puts my hands in cold water so taking my cuticles off hurt so much more. After they were done I put my hands in the drying and it was filthy full of some creamy gunk and when I asked her to wipe it she said it was the oil from my fingers? On top of that as soon as a I sat down she barely said a word to me. All of the employees just talked to each other and there was no music and it was really uncomfortable. I grew out my nails for this and they are butchered. I will never go back.

Best nail salon in Burlington!! Had an amazing experience here. Leah was my nail tech and she took her time to make my nails perfect. The shape is amazing, polish is OPI “merry and ice”. This is now my go to salon in Burlington. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve gone a couple time and things were fine last few visit was absolutely horrible … they were talking shat about my husband and I in there language My nails were horrible not out on straight and when I said something she said it was my finger that wasn’t straight … They rushed my husbands feet caused them to bleed and next day he broke out in a rash with burning and itchy feet he also had his hands done cut the side of his finger causing it to bleed as well You go in there and you feel rushed They don’t clean there stuff or sanitize foot bath or anything Won’t be going back there again

Not one to leave reviews but I had to share. I have never been to this nail salon before but this is the one where my father goes to frequently for his pedicures. He is diabetic and likes to have frequent pedicures to prevent nerve damage and complications on his feet. He’s always been pleased with their service and really likes the way they do his pedicures. This past weekend on Sunday I drove him to the salon for a pedicure and he was told to return within an hour because they were busy at the time. I’ve always told him to make an appointment but he usually just walks in and doesn’t mind waiting for them. We had errands to do but could not get much done with the one hour that we had to wait to bring him back so we drove around the area until an hour had passed. He then walks in the nail salon again for them to reject him and tell him that they needed to close on time. He says one of the nail techs was very rude and speaking in her language while another nail tech apologized. I am sure all the nail techs at this salon are very talented and good at their job, but do not be so disrespectful and waste your customer’s time. They could have easily told him to come back another day or to book an appointment the first time he had walked in. Your customers must be very pleased with your services as you seem to have almost 5 star reviews but rejecting someone after you tell them to come back is absolutely disgusting.

Thank you to Linda for the awesome mani/pedi I got today. I got the Natural Pedicure, and regular manicure shellac. Extremely happy with her workmanship, and foot massage. If you have the time, and want to treat yourself to a little bit of extra pampering, get the natural pedicure! So kind, clean, and professional!
