First time fantastic experience, me and my husband booked an appointment online for the 50 minute foot massage which also includes the legs. So good, I saw so many tik toks of people local saying it's painful however we didn't find it painful at all. It was such an enjoyable experience. Special thanks to Bill and Ailia for the great customer service and massage. Will be back again!

My boyfriend and I had a massage at this location at 5:30 PM on November 29. We both booked full-body massages. It was my first visit to Big Feet, recommended by my boyfriend, who has been going to the Guildford location for months, though it was his first time at this location. My massage was amazing—no complaints. However, my boyfriend did not receive a full-body massage, despite that being what he booked for + would be paying for. The masseuse only worked on his back, barely touching his legs, which were not massaged at all. He approached the front desk to express that he had only received a partial massage and should not be charged for a full-body service. We expected a reasonable response, but what we experienced was shocking. The woman at the front desk (Judy or Julie, short-haired and slim) was unprofessional and aggressive. She yelled, laughed, and pulled at her hair throughout the conversation, I was honestly scared. She accused my boyfriend of doing this before, which was false since it was his first visit here. The masseuse also stood nearby, and when my boyfriend mentioned that only half the service was provided, he responded defensively, saying, "I did touch your legs!" However, briefly touching them at the beginning and end of the session is not the same as providing the deep tissue massage you advertise. Despite my boyfriend's calm demeanour, she rudely insisted on giving us $10 off, which my boyfriend declined, preferring to pay full price due to the disrespect. She forcefully smacked the pin pad with the $10 discount on the counter, yelling, “I gave you a $10 discount so you don’t ever come back!” We weren’t asking for a free service—just acknowledgment of the issue and a fair resolution. We understand that there could have been a potential language barrier, however, disrespect is disrespect. The yelling and the aggression were unacceptable! So yes Julie, we will not return and will advise friends and family to avoid this location as well. I hope you find peace, as this level of hostility is disheartening and unprofessional. UPDATE (in response to the manager's reply): Firstly, please don’t try to gain extra credit by mentioning the 1-hour time change accommodation. We would have understood if it wasn’t possible, but thank you for accommodating it, as any good business would. Secondly, he never said he didn’t enjoy the back massage, but he clearly didn’t receive a full body massage. He pointed out the absence of oil on his legs (trying to prove that a leg massage wasn't given), but Julie’s aggressive response, laughing and saying, “I WILL PUT OIL ON IT NOW", showed she didn’t understand nor care. He requested and paid for a full body massage, but his arms and legs were neglected. Lastly, I’m appalled by your response. Julie was neither respectful nor professional. She yelled, gave ultimatums, and smacked the pinpad while saying, “don’t ever come back.” Offering another appointment or charging for half the service would have been reasonable. Even if you couldn’t, acknowledging the complaint kindly would have sufficed. Julie’s aggression was unacceptable, unprofessional, and distressing. Please learn from this, honest customers deserve better, and you simply DO NOT treat people this way!! Disgusting behaviour.

Went for a Valentine’s Day massage and my husband did the same it was awesome. The service was excellent. The facilities are clean. I look forward to coming back.

Terrible and worse massage, a skinny and old lady, told her I need deep pressure massage, she didn't understand and she couldn't speak any English. I explained many times,but she always said ok. Waste money and time. 0 star service

I've gone to Big Feet Langley a handful of times and will always continue to return. The staff are so kind and accommodating. They work hard to ensure the experience is a positive one. I've seen Tom the last few times and he's very good at deep tissue/deep pressure (this is my preference). It's so easy to book with them, via text msg and they're just lovely! Def orth a try!

Before I went to this store yesterday, I had asked for a best practitioner to give me a body massage. The guy who massaged me was Kevin. His skill was not good enough. I had expected a relaxation experience, but actually I did not get much relaxation. Don't know about other practitioners.
