WORST experience ever! I would give 0 stars if i could. I went for a massage today and they started at 2:45 and ended at 4:15 which is total 90 minutes but they charged me $120 for 105+ minutes. When i confronted the front desk, they kept refusing and when finally they understood, they refused to pay me back the amount charged for extra 15+ minutes and they were super rude and unprofessional. How does 2:45-4:15 make up to 105 minutes? I even kindly explained the math to them on a pen and paper but they refused to acknowledge and admit their mistake! I have been a regular customer of this place and recommend this place to everyone but won’t go there anymore or recommend to anyone. I also just saw other reviews and notice this has been a similar complaint from many other clients so they will always try to scam you!
