I was running some errands after so she gave me a nice blow dry after and you get a foot massage while she’s blow drying. I left my earrings there and she was nice enough to leave her house to meet me there to get them back! Will definitely be coming back!"

"I go to this salon since I moved to Canada, 2013. It’s really convenient , easy to find parking. Also, I like their points system, I buy Beauty products from them , it’s better price than Sephora . My favourite hairdresser is Sandra, she knows how to work with any type of hair, and always find the best treatment To make your hair look fabulous. Also her styling last up to 5-6 days."

"Cuticles half removed on my thumb. Looks obviously uneven. My nails were also cut too short using a nail cuticle scissors! The thumb was the worst but the rest was just as bad. I don't usually post reviews but I am very unhappy with my manicure with Eccotique. I should have paid more attention while my nails were being done. ????"

My hairstylist, @hairby.sandraa, is the master hair colour scientist and she gave me a classy, no-fuss and angled-bob hair style that fit my needs. I like not spending too much time on my hair and can just go on with my day. Most importantly, I like they use products that are safe on my scalp. I highly recommend this salon."

"Overall, I am satisfied with my first experience at this location. One of the things that was a bit off putting for me was how delayed my appointment ran because of the hairstylist's previous appointment. I will give the hairstylist credit for apologizing for running behind though. The hairstylist was very meticulous when styling my hair for a special occasion so I will give him credit there. I did find the final price for the service to be a bit overpriced for what I received. I most likely wouldn't return for those reasons unless I had no other option."

"the lady chopped hslf of my hair off and it had me in the washroom crying literallyclike in the movies. i had beautiful jet black hair down my back, just past my waist. I went for split ends,( mind you I was so scared and highlighted to please not cut much) and the girl cut my hair up to ABOVE MY BOOBS. Who does that...? Eccotique does. Unprofessional and Clearly unable to do a simple hair cut. Also ive worked in a salon before and understand how split ends work lol.... nobody nees to cut off that much hair period. and I have photos of before I went in compares to after. it is a year and half later and I STILL haven't been able to grow it back out... DId they give a crap either ? nope. don't go here ever."

"1/4 horrible expwriences here 1. i booked a bikini wax before i was leaving for my 18th bday in Mexico.... and the bikini wax from eccotique metrotown gave me bubble blister m... over the pubic bone the esthetitian gave me somethig that looked like ring worm and a huge reaction with a bubble blister .... and reminder that this is happening around my bikini line a day before mexico...(HORRIFYING). and when I complained to the mannager, expectng my money back or ANYTHING for my troubles... she said she can only offer me another bikini wax... uhm no thank you. do not go here i have a hand full of other things that has happened, the girls all stand behind the desk as a team if anything is wrong and its catty and giving bully girls that hate on woman energy. the worst part is that these experiences over the years are EXTREME and not just a little thing too and you may ask why i kept going back? its because i live close by, the visits were years apart and i worked at another location before this all happend which gave me faith in them that it would be different and it was just those times. .. considering the location I worked at was absolutely nothing like this."

"WORST experience ever! I would give 0 stars if i could. I went for a massage today and they started at 2:45 and ended at 4:15 which is total 90 minutes but they charged me $120 for 105+ minutes. When i confronted the front desk, they kept refusing and when finally they understood, they refused to pay me back the amount charged for extra 15+ minutes and they were super rude and unprofessional. How does 2:45-4:15 make up to 105 minutes? I even kindly explained the math to them on a pen and paper but they refused to acknowledge and admit their mistake! I have been a regular customer of this place and recommend this place to everyone but won’t go there anymore or recommend to anyone. I also just saw other reviews and notice this has been a similar complaint from many other clients so they will always try to scam you!"
