I recently visited the Blue Lagoon Spa, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members, Mia. From the start, Mia was rude and unhelpful—she was short with her responses and did not seem interested in addressing my concerns. At one point, she even told me to "never pick me again," which felt incredibly disrespectful. It's a shame because the spa itself has a great reputation and a relaxing ambiance, but this encounter really soured my visit. Customer service is a crucial part of any spa experience, and unfortunately, Mia's behavior left much to be desired. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests have a more pleasant experience.

“I had a terrible experience at this spa. The staff was extremely rude, especially Kendal, who displayed a complete lack of professionalism. When I brought my concerns to the management, instead of addressing the issue, the manager’s behavior was even worse. He tried to intimidate me rather than resolve the situation. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that values its customers.”

Let me help you: Brigitte- she is amazing do not miss her Marina- very friendly Russian. Book her. The best Camilla- NEVER book her. She does nothing. Waste of time and money

Had an excellent experience! The receptionist was extremely helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and well executed. Felt very relaxed and happy afterwards. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.
