My RMT - Claire was running late for my 11:00am appt due to traffic, they told me this at 11:05, after I waited 15 min in the waiting area. I drove from Stoney Creek to Burl for the appt and managed to make it early, with no traffic! Maybe Claire should give herself some extra time so she can make it to work on time. Im disappointed, I couldn't stay bc I work at 1230. I booked the appt when I did for a reason. They offered to reschedule for another day, but I don't think I will bother returning, the customer shouldn't be inconvenienced, drive all the way back here... This also isnt the first time staff is running late, but I could stay before. Now I need to fill an hour b4 work. Thanks, I no show and its $50 charge, but a worker is late and it just a sorry too bad for the client. Poorly run service. Giving 2 stars bc I have been happy in the past. Lulan is great if you can get her.

Jimmy was my RMT- he was definitely the best massage I have ever had. I explained that I have been studying at a desk a lot and he knew exactly where to work on my back and neck and it was excellent!! Highly recommend Jimmy!!

Just had the most wonderful massage from Chloe this morning. She knew exactly how to address the aches and pains I have in my shoulders and lower pack. I felt relaxed even though I had a lot of knots. Direct billing was fantastic and I was even offered a bottle of water on my way out. I would recommend anyone looking for deep tissue massage, and I will be back again soon! Thank you guys! ☺️

On April 13th at 6 pm, I had the worst experience at your center with an acupuncture session with Luna. The session started 10 minutes late, the room wasn't in good repair, so it was another few minutes where it was impossible to relax since Luna came in and out of the room several times, making a lot of noise. The masseuse didn't live up to the session as it was very scattered. She gave me only two needles in my neck for 20 minutes, then cupping for 10 minutes, and finished with a very rough, sloppy massage with those plastic gloves they sell in supermarkets. If I had known they weren't interested in providing quality service at that hour, I would have chosen this as the last place. It was too sloppy, unprofessional, as if Luna was in a hurry to finish. A wasted session, for sure.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience. It was our first time and we decided to go for the couples massage. It was relaxing and they really targeted our problem areas. The only downside was that the hour was over too fast lol. We wanted more! Cant wait to book another one!
