This is truly one of the best spas I've been to! The atmosphere is lovely, inviting, and very comfortable. The ladies here are incredible, personable, wonderful to be around, and work extremely hard to make sure my relaxation and comfort are of the upmost importance. I'm working my way through all the many services but my current favorite is the Body Polish! It leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft, moisturized, and smelling amazing with their beautiful array of essential oils! Can't wait to come back for my next appointment!

Loved the atmosphere of the spa. It was warm and inviting and clean. I also really appreciated the receptionist taking care of adding more time to my parking. I booked the sauna, relaxing massage, and European facial. Loved that the sauna was private and within the same room as the shower and bathroom. Everything was clean and loved that the towel has snap buttons so it stayed secure. Felt that Simona was a bit rough with my massage which wasnt my favorite but she did a wonderful neck and shoulder message. I hated the fact that she was coughing more than a few times during the season (not sure if she was sick or dry throat) and not something you want to worry about when trying to enjoy an afternoon of pampering. Facial felt rushed and the person didn't explain the steps she was doing or what exactly she was putting on my face and extractions were very minimal. I was disappointed that the robes weren't the plush ones and it was a thin cotton robe. I'm on the fence if I will return.

I had a wonderful reiki session with Debbie. She took the time to explain how it works and what to expect I came in feeling like there was a tornado inside of me. During my session, I felt very anchored and restful. Happy to say that after the session, I felt my anxiety reduced and my breathing very relaxed.

Highly recommend Body and Soul. I have been going to this location for years and have never had any complaints. The staff are very friendly, experienced and welcoming. The environment is calming and relaxing with wonderful interior design. It is well kept and would recommend to anyone looking for a day at the spa.

I recently had a Hydra Facial at Body & Soul Day Spa, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! I have been here before and ladies here have curated the facial to suit my skin’s specific needs, and the results were incredible. The spa’s upstairs space felt cozy, quiet, and wonderfully relaxing. The serene ambience made it feel like a retreat far away. Thank you body and soul for such a nice experience.

Booked a hot stone massage but had to wait 30mins even if i had an appointment. The routine is okay but the masseuse's elbow kept hitting my spine and bony parts of my body which really hurt. Her nails kept pinching on my skin too. Overall it was still relaxing but probably won't go back.

Justina curated the facial to suit my skin’s specific needs, and the results were incredible. The spa’s upstairs space felt cozy, quiet, and wonderfully relaxing. The serene ambience made it feel like a retreat far away, even though it’s right in Streetsville. On top of that, I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of tea and snacks offered after the service—it was such a nice way to end the experience. If you’re looking for a place to rejuvenate and be pampered, I highly recommend Body & Soul Day Spa. Thank you, Justina, for the care and attention! I’ll definitely be back.
