I have had massages from many of the staff RMT's and they are all great. Nice quiet relaxing setting, comfortable beds, and I like the heating pad they use on my legs after the massage. Definitely recommend them.

From the numerous times I have visited the Club Spa, I can confidently say that all of the experiences have been exceptional. Of the many services offered, I particularly attended for manicures and pedicures. The staff consistently ensures each customer is satisfied and has an enjoyable experience. Josephine has always been able to make my time there all the better. Her skills, attention to detail, and good communication, make me leave the spa with beautiful nails and a big smile on my face. I highly recommend attending the Club Spa for their exceptional services.

I always have the best experience when it come to Club Spa, especially with Josephine. She is absolutely phenomenal at everything she does and is always putting 100% into every treatment/service she does. By far the BEST facial I have ever received is by Josephine cause you can tell she genuinely cares about you. Always excited for my appointments with Josephine!

I am really looking forward to getting back to ORC Club Spa to get my nails and facial treatments done. I can't wait until they are able to reopen.. The staff always make me feel as if I have found a calm oasis in the midst of my stressful life. Over the years I have been to many aestheticians but Josephine is by far the best. The work she does on nails is absolute perfection and she has vast knowledge of skin and skin products that actually work on aging skin. All the staff at the Spa are great and very professional.

The spa is lovely - cozy, peaceful, and all the staff are friendly. I started seeing Jen when I was pregnant and have continued massages since having my baby. She is one of the best RMTs I’ve ever been to - skilled in both prenatal and regular massage. I’ve also had manicures and pedicures at the spa and it’s always a great experience.

This spa is a hidden gem! I came across this spa looking for prenatal massage. From the friendly welcoming staff to the amazing RMTs I highly recommend this place. The owner is always changing it up and updating the space. It’s in the racket club but you don’t need to be a member. I’ve received massages from irina, Christina and ihor and their all amazing everytime. I will continue to be a regular there for my massages.

I love going to this spa. I am a member at the club, but you don't have to be. I have manicure, pedicure, massage (Jen is the best!) and now cold plunge (you HAVE to try it) there. This place is friendly, welcoming and has top notch service.

It was my first time at the spa for a massage. I thought their booking system was nice and simple to use, setting up the appointment was a breeze. I love the convenience. They sent me my COVID screening questions 2 hours in advance so that there wasn't any waiting when I arrived. The atmosphere was nice. My therapist was amazing too. I totally muffed up the time of my original appointment, showing up an hour late when everyone was gone. They were kind enough to rebook for me with no penalty. Now that's customer service! Thanks guys.
