"I have been going to the Pure Escape for a few years now and I have seen many of the amazing massage therapists there. Most recently, I have been seeing Brad Meyers. When I first booked with Brad I was a little nervous about having a male massage therapist but when I met Brad I was immediately put at ease. Brad is incredibly professional and personable and ensures that his clients feel comfortable throughout the treatment. He is also incredibly talented and has been able to help me with whatever pain I have been experiencing. I appreciate that the massage therapists at the Pure escape also give you the opportunity to indicate whether you'd like a silent treatment or not each visit by placing a sign before you get on the table. If you are considering booking with Brad or at the Pure Escape in general, this is your sign to do it! I highly recommend it."

"I have been coming here for over 5 years and this is by far THE best massage therapy clinic in the city. All the massage therapists are amazing but today's massage was from Brad and he is a very unique technician his massage is very slow and intentional. The slow movements feel like he knows exactly which spot hurts and needs to be worked on deeper, yet he uses the perfect pressure. His massage is truly unique to him an incredibly therapeutic. His training in reflexology and Reiki really shine through in the way that he works. His foot massage is more like an expert reflexologist, and you can feel that he's working on your energy as he massages. Something really cool that he does as well is keeps the bedding very close and tight to you when you're flipping over. So if you're someone who's a little bit uncomfortable with flipping over this makes it much easier. He strategically uses the warm towels to warm up your muscles , and he also wipes off all of the massage oil after he's done a spot. So if you are coming for a massage in the middle of your work day you leave feeling completely moisturized but not oily. Also at the end of the massage he stretches your neck with a warm towel and it feels amazing. I would recommend his massage to anyone and everyone especially someone who's feeling extra sore and needs an expert to work on a certain spot. As soon as I left i book a apt for my grandma to see him. Book a massage you won't regret it!"

"I have been going to The Pure Escape for several years for massage and have been impressed with their services, staff and consistency. I regularly see Brad for most of my services and have been very happy overall. I also see Jon for massages as well. Both of these gents are professional and provide great massages and will always ask if I am comfortable and if I have any specific areas that need more attention. The clinic was very clean, quiet and her room was so perfectly decorated with Local art prints along with soft touches of family pics. Danielle was AWESOME! "Prior to going to serenity I had an aversion to go into massage therapists because I was very sensitive to any type of pain in my back. I was so scared that I was not going to enjoy myself and little did I know that I needed to see them to fix that sensitivity to the pain in my back. I went and I saw Carly for my first visit and I can't say enough good things about this experience. If somebody is new to getting massages for both the relaxation as well as helping with pain, definitely go see her. I have seen her twice so far and almost immediately I feel better and I'm seeing the benefits. I also want to call out. Diane. I woke up this morning with severe lower back and glute pain, radiating into my thigh and calf. Carly was unfortunately unavailable because it was such short notice but I was able to book with Diane. I just booked a 30 minute massage to hopefully fix what had been tweaked and get out some of the tension but Diane was able to diagnose right away that I needed a rapid neurofacial reset. Without even taking off my clothes, Diane was able to fix my issue and help me leave there 30 minutes later. Feeling 80% better. I feel like the ladies here really care about making you feel better and they aren't trying to get you to just keep coming back so that you spend your money. If anybody asks me for recommendations for any massage therapy, I will always recommend this place."

"My family has been attending this clinic for a number of years. Each family member has their favorite, however I think that everyone in the clinic is great. They have been able to treat and relieve growing muscle aches for kids, and help with relaxation for us parents who run around each day for the kids. No matter when you go there, everyone is professional, they know what they are doing, and it is always clean. Serenity Massage is such a calming space and is a great place to go for a massage. I would highly recommend it."

"If I could give zero stars I would... this was my first massage ever and I will never go back again. First of all the facility itself is unappealing. The floors were dirty, and when your head is face down in the face rest that's all you're seeing. The room had no blinds or curtains which made it not only bright and un-relaxing but also made me nervous that someone could easily look down and in. The calzone place next door is so loud that again it was not relaxing. (which I understand is not massageworks fault, however it was still bothersome). When I first got there I was greeted by a lady, who I later learned was the owner, and I cannot stress how much perfume she was wearing. With the risk of sounding rude, it was absolutely nauseating. I have been to other massage places (have not had a massage before but did have physio) and they have never been so scented. My massage therapist was late, which wasn't a huge deal, but still unprofessional. She had cuts on her hands that she later told me about. She put a clip in my hair that was used on others instead of just letting me put my own hair up. She told me that unlike most massage therapists, she didn't move any scar tissue because that 'wasn't her thing' and i don't even know what that means. She was clearly a smoker because when she was talking to my face all I could smell was cigarette smoke. She flat out told me that my shoulder pain was physiological and not physical literally after I just told her I had gone to see Dr. Kennedy at fitnessDM just on Friday and she explained that I had frozen shoulder and it could take a year or more to have the pain go away. I have a very high pain tolerance and can decipher what is physical and what is not... this I assure you is physical. Overall it was just a horrible experience and turned me off massages completely. I originally was wanted to book at action because I go for physio there but they had no openings today, now I wish I would have waited for their opening."
