It’s actually far from my house to this spa. One thing I like about this place is how fast they can book you in. Nice receptionist. They offer almost every beauty services available. One place fits all ???? The workers are professional & treating customers with respect. I wanted to go back to it several times but no time. I will definitely do if I can. And I highly recommend it!

I booked the 60 minute scalp massage at cozy foot spa. I loved that they made sure to maintain privacy considering i am a hijabi. I also loved the calm and soothing vibes of the massage room. Throughout the session, the massage therapist made sure i was relaxed to make the most of my experience. She used several massage techniques and tools and honestly it was absolutely refreshing. Honestly this scalp massage was much needed. Throughout the massage, i had complete privacy and peace of mind. I am definitely going back to check out their other massage services.

I am from out of town and my friend recommended this place. Me and two other friends booked for massages and they got us all in last min. The spa was clean, cute, and everyone was very welcoming. There was a little confusion so I would just say to mention specifically that you only want women in the room if you’re doing a body massage because I believe they do have a man who provides massages (might just be for feet addon). However, everything was resolved and for us the rest of the experience was great, and the price was amazing. I had my massage with Summer and I would 100% recommend her and would see her monthly if I lived here. She is very attentive and checks in about massage pressure and is just really kind. Overall, a very enjoyable place!

I have been here a few time with my friend but today I brought my mother for Mother’s Day! This place is amazing . I love coming here! The atmosphere is so relaxing and all the staff are so friendly and attentive! My mom loved her massage and can’t wait to come back! I like that they are handing our flowers for Mother’s Day it’s a beautiful touch and a great end to a lovely massage ! I highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed!!

This is one of the most comfortable spas in the GTA that never disappoints you! Thankyou to all the amazing ladies who work so hard and diligently to make this place a welcoming and comforting experience for its customers. I took 60 mins full body massage and Rainbow head massage and shampoo..totally worth it! Thankyou for the lovely flower arrangements to add to our ten years friendship celebrations????

I’ve been to Cozy Foot Spa before and had an underwhelming experience, but decided to give it another chance due to their affordable prices. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse. When I booked, I was initially told my chosen time wasn’t available. After saying I’d reschedule, I was suddenly told it was available after all. That same day, I received three separate calls asking if I could come earlier, then later, then informing me we couldn’t sit side-by-side. I made it clear multiple times that I could only do 7:30 PM and wanted to sit next to my mom. We arrived just 10 minutes early and were told our room was ready, but again told we couldn't sit side-by-side unless we went in at our scheduled time. When we said we’d wait for our actual booking time, we were met with eye rolls and told we weren't allowed to speak because it’s meant to be a relaxing environment. Fair enough—but when we got into the room, two women were laughing and talking loudly the entire time, and no staff intervened. The massage itself was awful. We were paired with two male therapists who clearly had no idea what they were doing. It was painful, uncomfortable, and far from relaxing. One of them even left the room mid-massage for two minutes with no explanation, which made me feel extremely uneasy. Hygiene was also a major concern. The hair ties they provided came off a hook with visible hair on them. The chairs had loose cushions on top of leather—definitely not up to any sanitary standard for bodywork. I left feeling more tense and disturbed than when I arrived. To top it all off, the woman at the front was rude and sarcastic during checkout. Between the unprofessional service, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable environment, and questionable behavior, I will absolutely never return. Oh—and if you're expecting a quiet, tranquil experience, be prepared for slamming doors, loud conversations in the hallway, and zero ambiance. It’s just a cheap massage spot, nothing more.

Went here for rainbow scalp massage and foot spa after seeing their popular reels on instagram! Totally worth the hype..Had the best experience. The staff here is extremely sweet and well trained. Right from the go to the experience was special. We were in good hands and throughly enjoyed the spas. Definitely going back.
