Had a massage and a facial at the spa and I can’t rave enough how excellent the service was. Will be back in three weeks for another facial as recommended by the wonderful aesthetician. Didn’t quite catch her name. Five stars for sure!

First time here at the franchise! Vish did my brow threading and did an amazing job! My brows look so neat and natural! She was very kind. The atmosphere is also very relaxing and it's nice to settle down with a cup of tea before and after your appointment! Since it's close to home, I can definitely see myself going here with friends or for self care!????

Stayed at the hotel overnight so booked in for a massage and pedicure the afternoon I got here. Spend too much time in hot tub and my nail polish "melted" and looked like trash. Called in the next morning and the front desk gal went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assure my polish was touched up and looked amazing before I checked out. THANK YOU!!

They fit me and my friend in last minute, were very patient with us as we picked out colours. Let us be silly together and chat. Aman was fantastic. She put up with me and my ticklish feet for the pedicure but was very kind throughout. 12/10 would recommend.

This has taken me awhile to review my facial. I booked my facial with a certain provider to get a call 2 hrs before saying the lady wasnt going to be at the harbour landing location this day and i could go downtown or switch and i gladly switched so i didnt have to go downtown. I want to start it off with the fact I showed up 15 minutes early to my facial where I stood at the front door where I saw no staff then 2 minutes before my appointment a gentleman was walking to the washroom and noticed me and told me to have a seat that my esthintitan would be with me momentarily she was just setting up my room. So I sat there. 15 mins after my appointment time was supposed to start I see an esthintitan walk a client out then disappear for awhile then 25 mins after my appointment time the same lady came upfront. And took me into the room. Which is where things get worse. The bed was broken so the head rest was cranking my head back which I didn't notice how bad it was until I went to leave and was nauseated siting upright. The lights in this room were flickering the whole time. And when it was all over she left to the front barely talked to me and I had to pry to get a face cleanser that she would recommend me. I get that this could have been a one off situation of staff having a bad day but the room was horrible. I wouldn't recommend coming here

I always get the massage at damara whenever we check in here at home inn.. Thanks to Harneet for the amazing relaxing massage.. Its what every mom needs. ???? .
