"Stayed at the hotel overnight so booked in for a massage and pedicure the afternoon I got here. Spend too much time in hot tub and my nail polish "melted" and looked like trash. Called in the next morning and the front desk gal went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assure my polish was touched up and looked amazing before I checked out. THANK YOU!!"

"This has taken me awhile to review my facial. I booked my facial with a certain provider to get a call 2 hrs before saying the lady wasnt going to be at the harbour landing location this day and i could go downtown or switch and i gladly switched so i didnt have to go downtown. I want to start it off with the fact I showed up 15 minutes early to my facial where I stood at the front door where I saw no staff then 2 minutes before my appointment a gentleman was walking to the washroom and noticed me and told me to have a seat that my esthintitan would be with me momentarily she was just setting up my room. So I sat there. 15 mins after my appointment time was supposed to start I see an esthintitan walk a client out then disappear for awhile then 25 mins after my appointment time the same lady came upfront. And took me into the room. Which is where things get worse. The bed was broken so the head rest was cranking my head back which I didn't notice how bad it was until I went to leave and was nauseated siting upright. The lights in this room were flickering the whole time. And when it was all over she left to the front barely talked to me and I had to pry to get a face cleanser that she would recommend me. I get that this could have been a one off situation of staff having a bad day but the room was horrible. I wouldn't recommend coming here"

"Awesome service and awesome staff. I had hair colour/cut appointment with Lilly. She is very thorough in her work. My kid also had a haircut with Ben and he loved it. Ben was very gentle and playful to make it fun for my kid. Definitely going back to them for more services!!"

"Absolutely amazing salon. I went for a hair cut today and amazing service. I don't know any salon that gives you a massage before they wash your hair. I actually got a neck massage as soon as I sat in the chair. All the stress I had was removed by time I walked out. Amazing. Highly recommend going to this place."

"Haircut and beauty saloon in the Northgate Mall. Apparently, it is well decorated; but, professional staff are ambassadors of Saloon for the clients. See problems with eye brows and other beauty enhancement areas.This aspect needs to be addressed on priority."

"Me and my mom went got the 40 dollar hair massage each … not great at all it was very rushed not calming…I would suggest don’t do walk in …even if they encourage you too…Make an appointment… She rushed both me and my mom because there was a lady coming in for hair cut there was 4 other people working but only one lady doing the hair massages or the managers teenage son. The lady was named lily very kind but rushed through the 20 min head massage. And didn’t let me know when she was going to wash my face or talk me through anything. Don’t waste YOUR MONEY!!!! It was a 20 min head “Massage” And they didn’t put any hair conditioner in my moms hair.. the boy put one spray of leave in conditioner from and empty see through bottle…and the comb got stuck because the mangers son was doing he didn’t seem trained to do peoples hair …so try it but book appointment don’t do walk in and don’t do the basic scalp massage.. was waste of money!!"

"My wife and I received the Head Spa treatments. Ms Lily performed my treatment. It was absolutely amazing! What a relaxing service. I highly recommend this treatment to everyone. I can't wait until I get to go again. My wife obviously loved her treatment, as she has been here before, with her grandmother. This time she invited me. ???? This was my first time at this location. "I did haircut and eyebrow wax . I loved my haircut . Ms Lily was very gentle and nice but i was really disappointed by the eyebrow wax . I paid for it anyway and left . I have to get my eyebrows done again as the waxing did nothing. Overall i would definitely go back for the haircut but never getting eyebrows done."
