I had the most amazing experience at Ethica Beauty Bar! Inna is absolutely incredible—she truly prioritizes the health of your skin and nails above all else. I appreciated how she took the time to assess my needs and give her professional recommendations, but always left the final decision up to me. Her technique is so gentle, thorough, and meticulous—by far the best pedicure I've ever had. The owner is also wonderful, so welcoming, warm, and full of energy. I honestly wish I had known about this place sooner! I’ll definitely be coming back for many years to come. Highly recommend!

The staff at Ethica are amazing! I was nervous about sugaring from a bad experience somewhere else in the past and Ashley converted me with one of the best Brazilian's/leg wax I have had in a long time. I felt good about the products they were using. My pedicures/manicures lasted really long and looked fantastic. Highly recommend the Shea butter massage.

The polygel manicure I got was an absolute treat. The quality is superior, the attention to detail was unlike any I’ve experienced. The salon is so cozy and beautifully decorated. Perfect place to go if you want to pamper yourself. The result it also amazing! I got the chrome finish for some sparkle ahead of a trip to Miami. I also have two toddlers at home and I know these nails will withstand any and all mommying activities!

one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long time! The nail studio is so cute and cozy. Very comfortable, I was given a cup of tea to enjoy during my pedicure. Inna’s attention to detail with the gel was great, and she even managed to fix an ingrown nail of mine with little to no pain. I’m really impressed! There is a loyalty system too, collect 10 stamps and the 11th service is 50% off. You just need to remember to bring the card, but the owner also can make a note on your account that they owe you a stamp if you forget it. Overall 10/10 experience!

I’m OBSESSED with how neat & gorgeous my nails are looking right now! Inna did my “gel me baby” manicure and she had been so attentive and gentle the whole time ???? Amelie is a ray of sunshine! She made me comfortable the minute I entered their bar. The space was clean, intimate, and super cute. I didn’t even smell any of the strong solutions I usually smell in other nail salons. 100% will be coming back - this is my new go-to nail salon in Ottawa for sure and can’t wait to try their other services!

This was the first time I went to this place and the service was excellent! Immediately I felt welcomed and i appreciate the honesty they had for their customers. I used to do my nails in other places and have had many bad experiences and was afraid, but after finding this location, I will definitely go back more frequently. am very happy with the design Inna has done for me. It was very worth it as they prioritize the customer by offering drinks and the environment was so cozy and very trendy! Thank you ETHICA Beauty Bar ????
