My first massage here, and I let the reservation system pick at random. I am so happy I got Julio! Absolutely excellent deep tissue massage, he didn't miss a thing. The best however was the much needed reflexology for my feet. One of the best reflexology treatments I've had in years. Thank you Julio, I will be back soon!

I made beautiful friendships while completing my Swedish certificate which made the experience even more valuable. Amazing holistic school, with some of the best teachers you'll ever find. Enrolling here was the best thing I've ever done! Worth every penny! Also heard countless Ikra students coming by for a class say how they wish they had enrolled here instead because they just loved their short experience. Very positive experience with school staff and Intro to Swedish Massage weekend course. Great communication skills and high quality of hands-on teaching. Now offering classes at two locations (Dorval and Notre-Dame-de-Grace) this semester, which is great for those living closer to central Montreal.

Marco is an outstanding teacher !! His passion is contagious. He has his mind set on healing others and helping his student become the best version of themselves. I have learned so much about our minds, bodies and soul throughout this experience. Not to mention, I have gained extraordinary insights about myself. Im a massage therapist with a private practice and I’ve been able to provide my clients with exceptional care and insight in large thanks to the workshops I’ve taken at setsuko. To date I’ve taken the targeted workshops (super efficient techniques for fast relief), cupping (ill often use cupping as part of my therapeutic massage and love using the gliding technique for ´sticky’ muscle adhesions) hot stones (either for an incredibly relaxing massage or as part of my therapeutic approach to help relax muscles for deeper access) chair massage (amazing for promo and events) intro to shiatsu (I’m looking forward to taking the table shiatsu course and implementing aspects of shiatsu to my practice ) and just recently the neuroanatomy workshop that has given me such a deeper understanding of bio mechanics and nerve impingement. I love setsuko’s approach to material and the teachers have all been incredibly involved and supportive. They have taken the time to not only plan out a well structured course but also to make sure students understand the material and are focused on the learning objectives. 10/10 would recommend!

I started training at Ecole Setsuko in the autumn of 2020 and have been continually impressed by the calibre of the educators and the depth of instruction. Courses are well-organized, thoughtful and enriching. The director of the school has created comprehensive professional programs taught by experienced practitioners and has really adapted to the needs of the students, especially during the pandemic and all of the necessary precautions in place. I feel confident that I will come out of this not only highly competent in my chosen modalities, but connected to a group of well-rounded practitioners as we launch our practices. The atmosphere of the school (even with online classes) is very welcoming, human and professional. I have only positive things to say about this school! Very excited to continue my training and keep learning with Setsuko.

It is a great school with great teachers. I Came for one Diploma and have now taken almost everything they offer! Every teacher brings something new and unique. There is no other school like this one in Montreal!
