Since my visit, my skin has been in concerning condition. While I obviously can’t say with certainty that the experience directly caused it, when I was paying they asked how it was, and I honestly said "um...it was okay," and she glossed over that and I left. My gut instinct was onto something because over the next few days it seemed I had a compromised skin barrier, which has continued to worsen to the point that I have sought care from a dermatologist. I don't think I knew how to undo the damage caused and now I have worrying issues. Based on this, I would caution against receiving anything beyond the most basic facial at this establishment. I’ve visited many spas over the years, and my preference is for a knowledgeable and almost luxurious atmosphere. This vibe leaned more casual — perhaps better suited to a girls’ night out than a space for serious skincare. I also question the level of training my technician had; while she identified broken capillaries, the treatment that followed seemed to worsen rather than support my skin’s condition. There’s a kind of boisterous charm at play — cigarettes, wine talk and all — so if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, then this could be a fun visit for a pedicure or basic facial.

This place is amazing I cannot rave it enough! The customer service is top notch, the results from manicure and pedicure treatment I’ve gotten was amazing, my gel nails lasted me over a month(with me typing daily for my job) it is an amazing and relaxing place to treat yourself!
