I can’t say enough good things about Evolve Therapeutic clinic at Richmond! From the moment I walked in, the reception staff(ILana and Cheska) made me feel right at home—so friendly and organized, it really set the tone for the whole experience. I’ve been getting acupuncture from Dr.Jonathan, massage from Bernard and Audra, and kinesiology from Claudia here, and the results have been incredible. I’ve seen such a noticeable improvement in both my physical health and overall energy levels. The practitioners are not only skilled and knowledgeable, but they also take the time to listen and tailor each session to what I need. I genuinely look forward to every visit. Highly recommend Evolve Therapeutic Richmond Clinic if you’re looking for effective treatments and a team that truly cares!

I’ve been seeing RMT Morley for a few months now. I have nothing but good things to say. The registered massage therapy I have received has significantly helped with my back/neck/shoulder pain. Morley is great to chat with and has always made me feel comfortable. I’m lucky Evolve is just across the street from my office and I’ve been telling my coworkers they have to go see Morley too!

I’ve been working with Joanne the physiotherapist on my ongoing back pain for a while. She took the time to explain what was going on with my back and showed me some easy exercises to improve my posture. The sessions have been super chill. My posture has improved significantly, and I’m more aware of how to take care of it moving forward. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s both professional and easygoing!

I highly recommend Evolve Therapeutic and all their practitioners. I have had wonderful experiences with Physiotherapy with Victor and Joanne, Acupuncture with Jonathan and Alvin, and all of the massage therapists at the clinic. They have really helped with my pain and flare-ups after a car accident and I appreciate how attentive and kind each of them are.

Carlos was really great! Gave me helpful tips for doing it on my own. And he was really focused on targetting my trouble spots (my neck, shoulder, right forearm). Even though I can tell towards the end he ran out of time, he still wanted to finish the last few steps. Overall he was very professional and diligent. Receptionist was super friendly, positive and helpful too! Didn't get her name. She's Asian, maybe in her 20s.

I can't say enough positive things about this clinic! I've been going to Evolve for over five years, primarily for acupuncture (with Alvin and Jonathan) and RMT (with Carlos and Audra). Every therapist I've worked with has been incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. They take the time to understand my ever-changing symptoms and tailor their treatments to help with my injuries and pain management. Evolve Therapeutic stands out from other clinics. The exceptional care starts the moment you walk in, thanks to the warm and welcoming receptionists (shoutout to Ilana and Cheska!). They are always friendly, responsive, and organized—whether it’s handling ICBC updates or notifying me of appointment openings. Audra and her team are truly amazing. I would 100% recommend Evolve Therapeutic to anyone looking for top-notch care! :)

Been going to Evolve for a year now. My husband and I book our Acupuncture (Dr. Xin) and RMT (Kelvin Cheung) appointments here. We always received excellent services for both, that's why we keep coming back. The room is relaxing, and the ambience is highly conducive for healing and rejuvenation. We are super thankful for the Evolve team for being courteous and professional. Highly recommended.
