I love to get my nails done at the Willow Stream spa. The nail salon was recently renovated and has a very zen and relaxed feel. It is also so so clean. More expensive but so worth it! I especially like to see Sofia. She’s meticulous, a true artist, and so warm and friendly. Highly recommend her!

It was okay. We frequent the Willow Stream Spa at the Pac Rim in Vancouver several times a year so we had high expectations that this location would be on par. It was not. The Spa itself is dated and needs some updating. The sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t seem to work and smelled of mildew/ wet dog. The showers needed maintenance. The mineral tub was lukewarm and the jets did not work. Massage was good but the treatment beds were not nearly as luxurious and comfy as the sister location. Some aspects of the treatment itself were different than what I am used to. Overall a relaxing experience but not up to the same standard as their other location.

I’ve booked two occasions with the Willow Stream spa. My wife and my wedding nails, and now a Christmas staff party. Both occasions they have called the day-of with a sick technician. They’ve made both experiences stressful, and I will not be booking with them again. We hired babysitters, had people coming in from out of town, and all they could offer was going to the pool instead. With less than a few hours notice (they told me they had been trying to find another tech since the day before.) I booked both appointments months in advance and I’m very unhappy with how they’ve handled the experiences.

Highly recommend Heather if you’re looking for an RMT. Best massage I’ve had in a very long time and the spa is lovely. Will definitely be back!

Always love any service here! I had a 90 min facual but spent a few hours there enjoying the sauna/steam/mineral pools and the well appointed showers and change rooms. Excellent service in a beautiful setting.

Great spa , has a small mineral pool , sauna, steam room . Spa treatments , locker ,change room and much more. Staff very nice and accomadating .had a great spa treatment experience and well be back
