"I love to get my nails done at the Willow Stream spa. The nail salon was recently renovated and has a very zen and relaxed feel. It is also so so clean. More expensive but so worth it! I especially like to see Sofia. She’s meticulous, a true artist, and so warm and friendly. Highly recommend her!"

"It was okay. We frequent the Willow Stream Spa at the Pac Rim in Vancouver several times a year so we had high expectations that this location would be on par. It was not. The Spa itself is dated and needs some updating. The sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t seem to work and smelled of mildew/ wet dog. The showers needed maintenance. The mineral tub was lukewarm and the jets did not work. Massage was good but the treatment beds were not nearly as luxurious and comfy as the sister location. Some aspects of the treatment itself were different than what I am used to. Overall a relaxing experience but not up to the same standard as their other location."

"I’ve booked two occasions with the Willow Stream spa. My wife and my wedding nails, and now a Christmas staff party. Both occasions they have called the day-of with a sick technician. They’ve made both experiences stressful, and I will not be booking with them again. We hired babysitters, had people coming in from out of town, and all they could offer was going to the pool instead. With less than a few hours notice (they told me they had been trying to find another tech since the day before.) I booked both appointments months in advance and I’m very unhappy with how they’ve handled the experiences."

"My partner and i typically go to the palliser location but for some reason i accidentally made a reservation for this location. When we showed up they let us know. We called this location and they said it would be okay to head on over. We were about 10-15 minutes late for our appointment which honestly i took full responsibility for. Overall, the experience was very underwhelming. We both felt our therapists were rushing and their work was kinda choppy. We booked the couples relaxation massage but it was everything but. Everything felt super rushed and by the time we got dressed and went back to the lounge area our therapist was on her way out the door which confirmed our suspicions. My first complaint was that they never dimmed the lights which made it hard to actually relax. At the end of the massage we decided not to stay and use the facilities because we really were so disappointed with the massage. Once we got back to the reception desk we were told that they could not do direct billing because we did not submit insurance 24 hours before ( we both had new insurance). We felt like for the kind of establishment that the service should have been a lot more polished ( no instructions were given on the day the appointment was made regarding insurance ect) overall, we would not return to this location."

"Just had a spa at RNR Le Germain. ???? Their guest service agent is so nice! She went above and beyond with helping my sister in her insurance, toured us around the facilities, and we felt so welcomed. She truly enjoys what she does, and it shows! Maulina is the best therapist! She's so pleasant and always asks if I'm comfortable and if the pressure is right. I had such a relaxing massage. I'll definitely come back. ????"

"Stayed at the hotel, and it was convenient for me to book an appointment with the spa. Katya helped me with booking a massage followed by a facial. The ladies that provided the service were excellent. the waiting room was cozy with snacks and refreshment. They dont direct bill for the RMT, but its easy to claim with the receipt anyway. thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I got the signature massage and emminence facial. would come back if im in calgary again"

"The best blissful experience you will ever indulge in at a spa. By far one of the best spas I ever been to! Booked for a couples massage and enjoyed every single second of my experience here. You can come early and enjoy the sauna/gym/patio lounge area before your massage or even after. No rush and they make you feel completely at home, if not better. We will be booking again with Andrea and Nancy because they were so magnificent and wonderful along with top notch service that they provided, I can’t wait till I come back."

"We were lucky to get a couples massage on fairly short notice! We've visited RnR at Fairmont but never here at Le Germain. It was nice pulling up at the Valet and not worry about parking and included with any bookings at RnR. The spa is on the top level which is a nice difference from typically being in a basement. We got keys for our lockers where we had robes and slippers to change into. Each changing room has a sauna which isn't preferred for a couple wanting to spend time with eachother. Hot drinks are included and I ordered a latte but was told that the milk frother wasn't working (and they had no milk alternatives). I settled for an Americano which was tasty and my wife had a tea. We snacked on trail mix while lounging in one of the waiting areas until our massage. We were led to a small but nice room with 2 heated massage tables. We both were really happy with our therapists and our first visit here."

"Fabulous spa! I’ve come back many times over the years. I especially love it in the warmer months when the patio is open. They have a great variety of cold beverages which is always a treat, but wish they would bring back their coffee/espresso machine. I used to love sipping on a cappuccino while reading a book before my massage. The facility is clean and well kept. I wish the hallways were a little quieter during my service, because you can definitely hear chatter which can sometimes interrupt the relaxation of a massage"

"Ive had some great hot stone massages in the past. So today I drove all the way from McKenzie Towne to Le Germaine for a hot stone massage the day after my birthday. It was terrible. She told she would massage me first and then the hot stones would be at the end for circulation. Every hot stone massage I've had before, they use the stones to massage you. I asked her if she could use the stones during the massage. She basically just ran them over my skin. It was terrible i lleft after 20 min. Don't waste your time or money on a hot stone massage here. They asked me to pay for the 20min but I should have refused."

"The clinic is nice and clean. Veronica does great job with the facials. However, I bought the laser hair removal package for my face (2 small areas) which costed me over $500 in total for 6 sessions. After regular sessions for 6 months I noticed no difference in my hair growth. So I went again to get one more session for laser outside my package I bought, I again paid over $100 for 2 small areas of my face. I continue to get hairs on my face and was told, it’s due to multi-vitamins I take????. I feel totally ripped off when I see other places offering unlimited treatments for the year in a way less amount compared to what I paid. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CLINIC FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL????"
