I went here probably 5 times and I have some thoughts. First of all the atmosphere is clean & friendly. You can tell the staff spend effort to serve customers. Some speak better English than the others. However it’s hard to book for an appointment. The first time I was lucky so I got it within 2 hours and it was a Friday. The next sessions didn’t fall into weekend or Friday but I had to wait for 10 hrs (12 PM called for 10 PM appointment) So I cancelled and move it to the next day. They are busy compared to other spas. Another thing is I felt the effect during but not after it for a reason. This maybe personal reference. The masseuses, though, are skilled in their technique.

Tiffany at the front desk is the absolute best. She's always so helpful when booking appointments and will call me if other people cancel so I can have a earlier time. She makes our appointment extra relaxing and offers us tea. I've been coming here for years and I cant be more thankful for Tiffany. Our favorite ladies to book are Amy and Linda we try to get them once a week if possible. Thank you so much for all that you do! And for recommending we buy a package! ❤️

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Footscape massage clinic for their amazing work! Real professionals work here, who do not just give massages, but completely restore the body and give incredible relaxation. Each session is held at the highest level: an attentive approach, individually selected techniques and a pleasant atmosphere. After the first visit, I felt a significant improvement in my well-being, the tension went away, my back became lighter, and my general condition became more cheerful and energetic. It is very pleasant that the specialists not only do their job perfectly, but also give useful recommendations on maintaining health. The clinic has a cozy atmosphere, cleanliness and care are felt in everything. I recommend it to everyone who wants to get a really high-quality massage! I will definitely come back again.

I rarely give 5 stars. But the experience I had with their service was exceptional. I had massage and it was phenomenally exceptional. I haven’t tried other services yet. But I do recommend this place for massage. Also, the staff are very kind and respectful. The place is super clean and amazingly quiet. I hope they keep their level of quality as is. Thank you

I don’t normally leave reviews unless I feel strongly compelled to share so here I am sharing my experience from half an hour ago. The place is total mess not spa Dirty , smelly, oily… Rude customer service that with out refunding which is my right They eat your money like a monster since your credit number is with them. It’s indicated in their policy 30 min late then you will be deducted but they charged me the whole amount . We were 10 min late Without proper answer they throw us out of their store. It says 10% will be charged in case of late but it seems they don’t know their own policy! Dear co-owner Pls review your camera and then you accused me for calling the girl names… which I did not According to your policy as you wrote: Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. (Did u really understand ? No you did not since it was emergency)However, this action prevents other customers to get their much-needed service. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 3 hours notice. Our Policy: * Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 3 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 10% of the reserved services. * If you are more than 30 minutes (we where there less than 15 min, I did not call the girl any names. She insist to go for shorter period which I did not liked) late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.(she did not offer any reappointment what so ever… I even asked her she shouted and ask us to leave without checking our refund) * We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. * In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. * In the event of no-show for appointments you made, a no-show fee of 30%( it says clearly 30 min- we were late top 15 minutes. It did is not mentioned any where the way we were deducted)of the reserved services will be charged * If there is recurrence of no-show more than two times ( you have no rights to tell me no future appointment /we should be refused as it clearly says here 2 times) you will be denied future appointments and services. You should work more on your customer service!she has to know how to convince the customers or else the owner will be the one to suffer. We paid ahead of time it means that we were waiting to have a relaxing massage… not turned to be this way. By the way I understand Chinese she has no right to talk to another client present in waiting area about us! 10 % deduction as she said is fine 30% is just obvious robbery. If no total deduction with another new appointment time is fine.

Linda is incredibly kind and gives the best massages. She knows exactly where I need relief and works on those areas gently without causing pain. She's the best!

Amazing experience once again at Fresha! This was my second visit, and it was just as great as the first. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is professional, and the massage was perfect—exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The massage ar this location might be good but the front desk and management doesn't take any responsibility. I booked a body massage for my father and his friend who doesn't speak english, when they went they gave them foot massage, despite my father saying its for my back to the massage person! I complained and wanted to speak with the management but front desk mentioned that they will call me back, I called them 4 days in a row but no response. The front desk has made a mistake and was not responsible for their own mistake! They even stopped picking up the phone! We had recommended this location to a few of friends since my parents mentioned that the massage is good, but after seeing that they don't take responsibility we are not going to recommend them, specially that the people working there are not registered massage therapist and if something happens and goes wrong they will not take any responsibility!
