I had the best massage experience in Markham! The therapist was excellent, skillfully addressing my problem areas. The receptionist was welcoming, and I loved the fantastic deals during Happy Hour. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. I will definitely be back to try more of their massage services!

Our go to massage place for few years! Although their staff turn over is pretty high, but quality has always been consistent. Best part is I never have to wait for more than 5mins for my appointment, which some other stores have terrible time management.

Last time I visited was really good. This time.. my therapist was coughing a lot during the massage (I get it, people cough...), there was a child making loud noises in the lobby, and the worst part is my double jointed thumb. I think the rmt was too rough pulling the fingers, and my thumb has been hurting since ):

I loved the experience over here. My colleagues and I loved their massage therapy. The price for RMT is a little higher than other places, but I feel worth it as it is way better than other places. They will give proper therapy to all of your body, including nice body stretching of leg and hands, head massage, and will place a warm towel to clean excess oil.

The massage itself was good, but the receptionist’s pushiness about tipping really soured the experience. She was friendly at first, but after the massage, she turned very insistent, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The tipping pressure from the front desk was a big drawback - for that alone I wouldn’t go back. Tips should be optional, if you think you deserve more then charge for more upfront. I paid 100+ for the service that I was expecting, why am I expected to pay more??
