She was friendly at first, but after the massage, she turned very insistent, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The tipping pressure from the front desk was a big drawback - for that alone I wouldn’t go back. Tips should be optional, if you think you deserve more then charge for more upfront. I paid 100+ for the service that I was expecting, why am I expected to pay more??"

"I called front desk and I believe her name was Lilian and asked if there was any spots available now , She said yes, and come asap . I told her it would take me 15 mins to get there.she said you can only do 1 hr coz there is a client right after you. After one hour i went outside and paid. She told me your masseuse gave you extra mins which I didn’t even know. I said great thank you. I tip her 30-40% which I always do ,not sure what her problem was. Than I asked for water she gave me attitude and screamed at me and said “what do you want”and I asked if she has room temp water she said I have nothing it’s all in the fridge I really have nothing for you. So regardless if you’re long time customer or tip them well she still gives me an attitude. If there were no spots available it would have been fine for me.you actually have problem with time management and you let it out at the customer. If can’t manage this maybe you shouldn’t be there. No one deserves this as a customer."

Each of us tried the combo: foot massage 45mins + neck & shoulders massage 15mins for C$58 plus tips. I must say all their massage therapists were really good and professional. They were skillful and know exactly what to do. The shop was clean and the ambience was relaxing. We enjoyed our massage there very much. Tips: The only thing to pay attention to is that their booking is very tight, so you need to be on time to enjoy the most out of it."
