It was my first time coming here and the experience was exceptional. Yesterday was my mom’s Birthday and I wanted to treat her to a relaxing spa day. Now before coming here, I had read the reviews and was getting mixed feelings about taking her here, as some people were displeased with the service(wasn’t my experience though). Customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived to when we left and cleanliness is definitely prioritized here. It was our first time and the staff were really good in helping us navigate the facilities. The Spa is beautiful, clean and has a great ambiance. They give you the option of wearing their free robes or a shirt and shorts and then if you want you can buy their slippers for $3.50(most people I saw at the spa were wearing the slippers). I booked my mom for the RMT hot stone massage and she absolutely loved it (We met a woman and her mother who also got massages here and they loved it as well). Although it might be on the pricey side but it was well worth it. The hot rooms across the spas were my favourite as I found it both relaxing and detoxing. The infrared lights were also a personal favourite and based on how these sections were full for most of the day, it seemed like most people liked it as well. The food here is also good and the customer service was excellent. This spa experience superseded my exceptions and my mom had such an amazing time.

Go Place has been one of my favorite indoor spas, and I’ve visited many times. I’ve also recommended it to several people. However, I strongly advise against booking a massage there. The management system around their massage services is extremely disappointing. After the massage, they ask you to rate your experience, but if you don’t give them an “excellent” rating, they pressure you and make you feel uncomfortable. During my most recent visit, I rated my massage as “average” because it genuinely fell below expectations. The masseuse confronted me aggressively, demanding to know why I didn’t rate her higher. When I tried to explain, she argued and dismissed my feedback entirely. She physically blocked me from leaving and continued to question me. I was there with my family and my in-laws, and the whole situation left me feeling anxious and embarrassed. It was incredibly unprofessional and made what was supposed to be a relaxing experience very stressful. If you can’t handle honest feedback, you shouldn’t be asking guests to rate their experiences at all. We go to spas to relax—not to be treated poorly for being honest.

I had my first experience at Go Place Spa and it was amazing! The facility is very clean, upscale, and beautifully maintained. They offer a variety of amenities including a fitness center, different types of saunas, and a hammam. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The restaurant on-site also served great food at very reasonable prices. It’s truly a perfect place to relax and spend a weekend. I highly recommend it!

Had a great day! Loved how clean everything was. Crazy I had two naps while there. The waterfall cold shower was a nice touch, preferred this in comparison to a dip. The different rooms are well thought out, different sauna rooms with different temps. Steam room was amazing! Haven't done this often, need to relax when trying to breathe, but this felt amazing! Never left leaving a spa with such smooth skin! Loved the products they offer for shower use. Extras are provided too, so you don't have to over pack for the day. Can't say enough good things about this place. I look forward to going back again.

I cannot describe this place...I felt like I was in heaven. The pools were excellent. The caves were excellent. Every detail was well thought out and the place is very clean and well maintained. I went there with my sis and mom for early mothers day and we also bought some jewelry. Good quality jewelry that doesn't tarnish was being sold. The lady that helped us Helen, was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the jewelry. She wasn't pushy and she was very patient with me and my sister wanting to try on jewelry before buying. She went over and beyond in looking for the right sizes and it just made the whole experience so much nicer. The food was incredible. We had lamb chops which was 10/10. The sushi platter was 10/10, fried rice and eel with rice was incredible too. Everything was extremely fresh. Definitely will come again. I recommend everyone to try this spa. You will feel like you are in a different country getaway. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

An amazing spa and massage experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. I’m a regular here as I come once a month for my spa retreat. Gets busy on long weekends. I always book a one hour massage here. And any masseuse I got are very professional and got pressure points right. Enjoy the saunas and also I would go to the blackout room to snooze after massage. Food at restaurant is good value and fried rice is especially delicious. I also tried the miso cod and sweet sour pork and sushi. Will be back for sure. Nice, clean, quiet place to relax and chill for the day.
