I had a really great experience at the Grand Wellness. Had a full body massage, with Samantha. She was very gentle, nice and welcoming. Staff at the reception as well they were very humble too. I definitely recommend this place. There is also a lounge and serve complementary drinks.
First time visiting grand wellness and after my experience, I will definitely go back after the incredible massage I received from their message therapist named Blake. I loved my experience with the mani & pedi as well but I guess I might be too used to shellac because I wasn’t too happy with the final polish results after my shoes & jacket crimped the polish. The young lady named Olivia however was so pleasant and made the experience worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely love to go back in the near future!
I visited Grand Wellness for an 60 minutes massage after 8 years. They have the same service which they had before when they had their business on Brant avenue. Blake whom I saw for my massage was fantastic. Heidi the owner and her business partner had made their place so welcoming. Staff and atmosphere is great. It was great to visit Grand wellness after a long time.
I’ve always had a wonderful experience here until recently. It’s honestly a really beautiful spa, and everyone seems friendly. However recently, I booked a 30 minute massage to help me relax before I had to go to work. My name is Julia and they got me and a “Julie” mixed up. So I ended up getting Julie’s 45 minute massage and I would imagine she got my 30 minute massage. My massage was disappointing due to my own nerve pain in my back, to be honest it really wasn’t enjoyable. It wasn’t until the massage was over that I realized it had been 45 minutes and the lady finally asked me, “wait what’s your last name?” And we realized things were mixed up. They were very apologetic, however we ended up getting charged for the full 45 minute appointment. Not only was I not satisfied with my massage, but I was late to work, and still had to pay full price for something I didn’t even book and wasn’t my fault that it got mixed up? Very disappointing, seems quite unethical.
I visited Grand Wellness on Saturday March 22nd with my sister for a bath soak. It is obvious that I'm quite pregnant (8 months) and I was really looking forward to a nice hot, relaxing bath. Upon arriving I was offered a drink, which is normal for them to ask before going into the soak; I've been multiple times in the past. When I said "I'd love one but I can't, I'm pregnant", the conversation with the girl working the front desk became awkward. She had to go ask if the soak I chose was fine to have to have during pregnancy, I had to sign a waiver and they adjusted the temperature of my bath. I had this exact same soak (milk, honey and mandarin) at 8 weeks pregnant months before, and didn't disclose that I was pregnant. I was absolutely fine then. But I signed the waiver anyway as I knew they were just trying to cover their butt incase something happened. Once I got into the bath, I was extremely disappointed because it was COLD! Not even luke warm.. my body is sore, I don't fit in my own bathtub at home and all I was looking forward to was a hot bath. I had to drain more than half the bath and fill it up myself with hot water which I essentially also lost a good portion of what the soak was made up of. So I didn't even get to experience the full soak which was supposed to leave my body feeling soft and refreshed. After all was said and done and I was paying at the front, I was asked how my experience was. I said "it was okay, it would have been better if my bath was actually hot" and I was met with only a "oh, sorry about that". A soak for two isn't cheap, and it definitely ruined my experience. I obviously will be back, I love GW, but I can't stop thinking about this and how I was treated. No one wants a cold bath.. a credit to my account would have been nice.
Was our first time going to the salt caves and salt block foot detox! Definitely be going back for a massage and soak. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! It's like walking into a vacation- absolutely relaxing and you leave feeling so good! Jordan was amazing with both her upbeat personality and caring persona! ???? highly recommend for a relaxing session in the chaos of life!
I have been to Grand Wellness several times for the salt cave & foot detox it was always a luxury experience. The front desk staff are always so friendly and friendly. Today I went in for a facial & pedicure with Jennilee and it was AMAZING! I’m a tired mom of three small children and I truly felt relaxed and rejuvenated by this spa experience. I’ll definitely be back soon!
I went to today for a Live cell analysis/microscopy done by Jill. She was very thorough, I got all the answers I needed today. I've been on a long journey fighting an unknown illness that my doctors have been unable to diagnose. I'm confident with Jill's expertise, knowledge, and professionalism I'll be able to overcome my barriers and daily struggles of this illness. Jill gave me a thorough report I got to take home with me, I'm so excited to start this journey and claim back my health thanks to Jill. I highly advise everyone to do a live cell analysis here, you won't leave disappointed.
