Attached to the Four Seasons Hotel, the Guerlain Spa is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for an indoor spa. They have a fantastic setup and very accommodating customer service. If you're looking for something truly special with your partner, I highly suggest you check out their private suites - you get multiple treatments and can stay in the room with a jet bath tub for an hour. They also serve you champagne and an array of delicious bouchés and deserts.

Just wanted to thank the spa for a most amazing few hours for my friend and I. We both had incredible massages, but I splurged for the Boost your Energy experience which was worth every penny! My massage therapist (I forgot her name - sorry!) provided one of the best massages ever. I've never had my joint issues relieved with minimal pain but she made my whole body literally sing! And Kellie who did my facial may have been one of my fave estheticians ever. We had a great conversation about Korean, and she gave great recommendations for my skin. I've dealing with facial dermatitis which she lessened about gave me such a glow. I truly enjoyed getting to know her and the whole experience. The foot baths and relaxation lounge literally put us to sleep instantly...ahhh.

Amazing, wonderful! I’ve had many spa/massage experiences over the years and this stands out as a front runner. The front desk lady was lovely, we were promptly taken back. The foot bath and stone walk pre-massage was great while waiting for our appointment(s). The snack options were plentiful. The massage itself with the scent selection and description was quite a unique journey and I enjoyed every bit of my experience! Post-massage we were led back to the stone walk area and brought freshly made pastries while we hydrated (which were excellent). I couldn’t recommend more! Very memorable and I will be back when I next visit Montreal.

Terrible customer service. We had booked a couple's massage one weekend for Valentine's day. It happened to be the worst snow storm of the year and we were not able to get to the spa due to the road conditions. Instead of the spa being accommodating and trying to at least rebook our reservation, they told us we would be charged the full amount regardless ($950). Terrible service especially considering we stay at Four Seasons multiple times a year.

Wonderful first time massage with Jihan as my RMT, would highly recommend her for her sincerity and skill. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon at the Guerlain Spa - relaxation area was pleasant, I was surprised with a complimentary glass of prosecco and a small amuse-bush based on the scent/theme I chose during my massage. I also enjoyed the use of the sauna and pool - very quiet and clean. Lastly, very thoughtful gesture from Ghizlene at reception, she gifted me a luxurious box of Guerlain samples since it was my birthday! Thanks to the Guerlain Spa team for an exceptional experience!

FANTASTIC. Had a 90-minute massage with Coraline and my husband had a similar 90-minute massage with a therapist whose name escapes me. From the opening ritual of scent, to the facial treatment and massage, it really relaxed my senses. The massage table was wider and more comfortable than others I have been on. Would highly recommend. I can't wait to return!

Worse experience ever! Do not go to this spa! I got there at 1:00 for my appointment at 1:30, I was told to wait in the waiting room in my robe for my masseuse. At 1:50 I asked when my massage would start it was already 20 min late, and then I was told at 2:00 that my masseuse was not coming. I wasted my whole afternoon! Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional for the Four Seasons.

The check in was easy, they provide towels to wipe your hands and a selection of a complimentary small drink. I chose a shot of green juice. It tasted great. The locker assigned had a robe, towel, and sandals. The bathrooms were huge, they had a seating vanity area with some styling products. The locker room was very tasteful. The waiting area had snacks and drinks. I had a couples room with my partner for our massage. My massage therapist was very nice. The therapist incorporated some aromatherapy to begin my massage. I enjoyed my experience. My partner enjoyed his massage as well. After your massage you can go back to the waiting area for the hot/cold foot bath and a stone walkway. The only negative thing was that we were not advised upon booking that our scheduled booking wouldn't give us enough time to enjoy the hot/cold foot bath and stone walk. I will definitely come back and I would recommend this spa to my family and friends.
