I had a previous massage appointment on Dec. 30, 2022. I booked and paid for a 1.5 hour massage appointment. They only did 1 hour. When I realized this after the service, they said I could come back next time and they would give me an extra 30 minutes which I had paid for. Whether it's 2 years after or not, they should honor that. They didn't give me a physical coupon or voucher or anything on paper. Just words. So in other words, they did not honor their promise. I will not come back to them ever again. I would also advise against this facility. In my case, it is rather disappointing as I did not take any issue when I realized they only did 1 hour. You come to a massage to get rid of the stress. Instead, you get shortchanged for a service you paid for. This speaks volumes of their relationship-building with customers, or the lack thereof.

I've finally found my go to massage place in Calgary! Hong is an absolute professional and skilled in her craft. She's attentive and knows the right spots. I'd highly recommend her for deep tissue massages!

This was the first time visiting “healing hands “… Hong, was not only welcoming and so kind … she was professional and calm. This was the BEST massage I have EVER had ! I left feeling relaxed and the pain I was feeling had gone ! I would recommend “healing hands massage “ to ANYONE! 10/10 experience!

This is the worst place I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. I have visited this place several times, giving it various chances, but I was always get disappointed. I got Covid twice from visiting this place. The rooms are cold, the staff is not qualified, and the hygiene is the worst. They barely change the bed sheets and face rest cloth. The only qualified person is the owner of the place; the rest are untrained. Please visit this place at your own risk.

Was able to get in last minute for a massage before the end of the year. My masseuse Linda was very good. Not sure that the staff have their rmt as the number issued is from the owner and not the actual practitioner.

Hong is very friendly & professional. Great massage.I feel so relaxed. I am very thankful to have found her. Health safety is our priority. She takes COVID preventative measure seriously.Wears the mask while doing massage.She also provides mask & hand sanitizer!! Highly recommended ????????????????????
