"I had a previous massage appointment on Dec. 30, 2022. I booked and paid for a 1.5 hour massage appointment. They only did 1 hour. When I realized this after the service, they said I could come back next time and they would give me an extra 30 minutes which I had paid for. Whether it's 2 years after or not, they should honor that. They didn't give me a physical coupon or voucher or anything on paper. Just words. So in other words, they did not honor their promise. I will not come back to them ever again. I would also advise against this facility. In my case, it is rather disappointing as I did not take any issue when I realized they only did 1 hour. You come to a massage to get rid of the stress. Instead, you get shortchanged for a service you paid for. This speaks volumes of their relationship-building with customers, or the lack thereof."

"This is the worst place I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. I have visited this place several times, giving it various chances, but I was always get disappointed. I got Covid twice from visiting this place. The rooms are cold, the staff is not qualified, and the hygiene is the worst. They barely change the bed sheets and face rest cloth. The only qualified person is the owner of the place; the rest are untrained. Please visit this place at your own risk."

"This was my first experience at a head spa and I can say it will definitely not be my last, especially at Queens Head Spa! Kim was very sweet, easy going and pleasant to speak to. She was very attentive during the service and made sure I was comfortable. I love that she offered refreshments and snacks while my feet soaked and she blow dried my hair. I was very impressed for it being a home based business. I will be back Kim!! :)"

"This was a very relaxing, positive experience. Kim was wonderful, and knowing it was my birthday, had a banner up and gave me a small gift. I accidentally had the wrong time and I was 20 minutes late. She easily could have cut my time, but she did not. The spa space was comfortable, warm, and calming, from the vanity to take off jewelry where she combed my hair prior to the treatment, to the relaxing water and sounds of the actual treatment, and finishing with the foot bath. During the foot treatment, she offered snacks of chocolate, cakes, water and juice. Well with the price of the deluxe package. Would highly recommend and I think this will be a new birthday tradition for me."
