I had an okay experience. I went for a prenatal massage. When I went into the room it was really hot, I had asked the RMT to turn the fan on but I don't think she understood me well, despite asking twice. The bed is not suitable for pregnant women as it doesn't adjust to get on safely for a 3rd trimester woman. For the most part it was relaxing however I tried to tell the RMT where to focus on and she ignored my requests. So I left feeling unheard and unsatisfied:( Also there is no elevator to get up and they are located at the top of a long staircase, getting up was difficult...

From the moment I called to try this place out for a full body prenatal RMT massage to the moment I arrived and got my massage, I have nothing but positive things to say. The lady on the phone was extremely generous with booking me in and provided me with detailed instructions of how to arrive at the location as it can get confusing. Shallu has been doing my RMT prenatal massage. She makes sure to target all the spots needed. I always feel extremely relaxed and satisfied after leaving Heart Lake Massage Therapy. Highly recommend!
