I just had the most incredible spa experience at I AM SPA in richmond.From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty. Angela was very warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. I am 6 months pregnant and my whole body was aching from head to toe and truly all my body was so relaxed after the back and feet massage. And the headspa was truly cherry on top. As someone with really thick and heavy hair I felt extremely comfortable when I was given a head massage with essential oils. The facilities were immaculate and serene, with a peaceful ambiance that immediately melted away my stress. My therapist Angela was absolutely phenomenal - her skilled hands worked out all the kinks and left me feeling like a new person.The Perfect Package treatment I received was sublime, with a perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. I'm here for a package treatment. Two and a half hours in total. Their massages are amazing. Hand and foot care is very comfortable. The head treatment is very professional. They will first check the condition of your scalp to choose a suitable shampoo. This is something other spas don't have.
