Relaxing and effective facial with Adriane. Products used during the facial were high quality. I arrived early and the waiting area could be improved with more comfortable seating and a glass of water or a beverage like in a spa. Overall, very pleasant experience.

I experience Infinima few times and staff is always professional, very skilled and execute the Swedish technique with all specifics it deserves. And you get some fresh fruits and time to relax before and after the session, this is very appreciated not to be rushed out. I highly recommend

This place was incredible. You'll come in to a super friendly and lovely receptionist. The decor is beautiful and going down to the spa was amazing. Everything is so clean and even the general smell of the place was so relaxing. The spa (sauna, steam room, Hammam) was an incredible experience and so relaxing. I literally felt all the stress leaving my body being in there, my body was relaxed to a point I can't describe. Then the massage was also incredible, taking alot respect towards privacy. The staff was very professional, accommodating and lovely. And they know how to end your experience with a lovely plate of fruit and cheese. Just great, if I lived in Quebec city I would definitely come here often, which makes me disappointed that I don't live here. Anyways I highly recommend it

NOT WORTH IT AT All No parking available in front of the place have to park faraway Paid 56$ for 60 minutes for access to the sauna, when changed my cloths & went down to found that the vapor sauna cabine & the sauna Finlandise cabine were closed, so put my robe go upstairs to the réception to notify them! Then I waited around 25 minutes in the jacuzzi waiting the vapor cabin to be ready & for the sauna Finlandise cabin did not get warm till the end of my 60 minutes,,, not worth it at all, mainly with the same price or less you can spend the whole day in valcartier spa luxury, updated & free detox drinks all day,spacious & of course better service.
