I use a deep tissue massage to open up meridians and allow energy to freely flow. It is a very relaxing, and healing method. As I massage, I use an inate intuition to find blockages, that are preventing you from a fulfilled life. After a massage, I instruct you on exercises, and range of motion movements to continue with the best you. My motto is it takes pain, to get rid of pain. A good pain, to get rid of a bad pain. I coach you through breathing exercises to maximize your bodies ability to handle this. By appointment only please. Mark exemplifies tremendous knowledge about the human anatomy. Not only did I receive amazing results but also ongoing treatment to make sure the area of concern is fully addressed. My shoulders and hips were extremely tight and painful. After my visit with Mark those areas are no longer a concern. I would highly recommend Mark and you will not be disappointed! Thank you !

His hours were convenient for me and Mark made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The level of Marks ability to understand your areas of stiffness and or pain is intuitive and he explains clearly to you what needs to be done to correct the issues. I do recommend going to see him if you are looking for a massage therapist.
