I had to go here because I really needed some relief and it was hard to get an actual RMT booking same day. Don't go here! Save your money! At the end I was asked to pay $3 more than the posted price on the front desk/wall. After I paid, they pointed out that I HAVE to give a tip and they specifically recommended I give 15% tip. Just go somewhere else. Its a rip off.

I've been to this locations a few times and had great massages with Tina and Lily. Both of these ladies can apply great pressure and know how to tackle the areas of concern and honestly even do a better job than some of the RMT massage I've received. Profesional work, great price and good location. Please be generous with your tip ????

"Great service! If you're looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, this spa is the place to go. Visit Monica if you want pressure, Angie is really good overall, and May is excellent at pressing pressure points. Definitely will return!"

Mediocre massage at best. Barely any pressure. The first 15 minutes was her just pressing over the one sheet. The room was cold. There was no reception so she had to leave twice. Told her i was pregnant and to please not run the water at the sink any longer then necessary when doing the facial. She left the room twice with it on for 2 plus minutes at a time. They expect tips and the receptionist was cold/unapproachable at the end. Barely smiled and when I presented my gift certificate she asked right away if I wanted to tip the lady. I said I would give her a small tip cause the head massage and face massage was quite enjoyable in the last 5 minutes. She automatically put in $10, so naturally I told her to lower it. Doubt anyone here is legitimately certified. I wouldn't go back or try them if I was you as there's much room for improvement.

Iris day spa is pricey and poor in quality. Most employees there are untrained and of questionable backgrounds. All their stores are low quality and rude. I've visited them all just to see how it all plays out. Spend your money elsewhere. They train the employees to hound customers for lots of tips at the end - if not they sometimes even just automatically add tip in themselves, which is usually around 15% auto tipping themselves. Also their places will always try to take cash only even though if you force them enough, they will hesitantly bring out the CC machine.

Nicole gives the most amazing massage. I went in for an hour massage, and 10 minutes in, I asked to extend it to 2 hrs. I left feeling like a brand new man. I highly recommend her.

I got a massage by Nicole, and it was fantastic. She is very professional and friendly, and her massages do wonders for my back tension from work. Nicole also recommended cupping therapy, which significantly helped. Highly recommend her services!
