My sister & I went today for a spa day - massage, mani, pedi & light mineral makeup. It was a GREAT experience, clean friendly environment. Very attentive & great services. Kim & her staff (I apologize I for the life of me cannot remember the name of the amazing woman who took care of my sister today :( but she was just as wonderful as kim) are knowledgeable on their procedures & skin care products as they ask for some info prior to service & offered some great knowledge. We hands down will be back & as a mama of 3 busy kids am SO THANKFUL for all the back breaking efforts to make me feel as relaxed & pampered as I did today. THANK YOU LADIES so much, can't wait for my next massage!

I believe in giving true and honest reviews. I had my makeup done here as I go here for my manicures,pedicures and other things. I was very disappointed with my makeup. It says 1 hr service it took her 15 mins. This was for my brothers wedding. I was so upset I just wanted to leave so I paid and left ended up at MAC for them to fix it. I called them once I calmed down to talk to Kim the owner and she is absolutely amazing and handled the situation exactly how she should have. I will come back but only for other services and not with the girl that did my makeup. If you do want your makeup done ask for Kim. I am giving them 5 stars because of the way Kim handled the situation and the other services I have gotten there.

I had a really great first experience at Juvenelle! I booked a facial with Kim. She was professional and friendly and the service was amazing. The spa itself was clean and quiet. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I went here the other day for my birthday. We had hot stone massages, facials, and pedicures. We saw September, Sarah, and Wana, I believe (sorry if I butchered the spellings of their names). They were all very professional, and we felt very comfortable with them all. They were very busy but still provided great services. We enjoyed our time here very much and are looking forward to returning soon. Also, we found the costs to be quite fair, when we were looking around we saw some places that provided less for much more.

I’ve been going to Juvenelle Day Spa to see Kim now for about a year. She does a fantastic job. My nails have never looked so good. Today she did an accent nail with butterflies. Simply beautiful. Great job. The spa has taken every precaution available to ensure the safety of both clients and staff. I would highly recommend Kim and Juvenelle Day Spa for pedicures, gel nails, makeup, and waxing.

This spa is a total hidden gem! I went today for a mani, pedi, and massage and I am very happy with all my services. As someone who has been to lots of spas in the city, this one was top notch. The treatment rooms were gorgeous and the pedicure lounge was so comfortable and beautiful. My esthetician was very sweet and detail oriented and did an amazing job on all my services. The owner is wonderful and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

I brought my fiancé and we enjoyed a nice pampering session with facials, massages, manis & pedis. The ladies working are so nice and they did such a lovely job on the both of us. They accommodated us having our massages & facials in the same room and our manis & pedis next to each other. It was very relaxing. The ambiance in the spa is very pleasant and I definitely recommend booking services with them!
