"I had a wonderful experience at Glow, my skin is absolutely loving me after an express facial here! I had problem skin (you name it, I've got an issue) so I was apprehensive about how my skin would react. Rita took the time to analyze my skin and determined right away what and where my issues were. I didn't even need to tell her! My skin was treated gently and properly, and I had no irritation afterwards (which is very rare for me!) I felt very cared for through my visit and Glow will be my go-to from now on!"

I've tried other spas, but they don't compare or even come close to Glow Spa. What I love most is the full attention and care they give to each client. When I was going through cancer treatment, my body was going through some serious changes. I had a lovely Dermalogica customized facial from Jenny: - Wonderful facial that was completely customized - she mixed and matched an exfoliant to help with my blemish prone skin and oatmeal to calm my skin - Gentle extractions with a wonderful pressure point facial massage - Amazing one on one skin advice - I felt like the whole time, she was completely focused on my facial and skincare needs A wonderful gem of a spa and definitely one of my top 3 facials I've ever received!"

"I was first asked to arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out a form and get fitted into a robe for my "spa treatment/pedicure." Upon arrival I was greeted, instructed to go into the Quiet Room with no further instructions. Spa guests were accompanied by a staff member with full instructions. It's only then that I knew what to do going forward. I saw Spa quests wearing robes but I was not offered one. I was gifted a $150 gift card from my Partner for Christmas and was looking forward to my spa treatment. Not only was I not promised what was offered for my treatment - my pedicure chipped the SAME day. I asked my daughter to fix the issue being that I am going away in a few days and I am not happy with the final product. I will not be going back, nor will I refer anyone to the Old Mill."

"I have been to Elements Day Spa Leduc several times I’ve always had such great service and felt better when I leave. Recently, I had the Forest Therapy Experience with Lizzy and it was a fantastic. I love also that it’s not just about the physical care there, it is the whole environment of support and I could feel that in the session. The intention and the energy is very important to me, so I appreciate this. I have also experienced sound baths led by Gina and I cannot express how amazing they are. The whole atmosphere is just very comfortable and uplifting. I’ve also had pedicures and other treatments and everything has always been wonderful. Even the people that I am not seeing are smiling and kind. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for some care. Definitely recommend!"

"Highly recommend doing laser treatments here. I’ve been getting compliments on my skin since doing the treatments and following the skincare routine recommended by Gina. I was just mistaken for being younger than I am. It’s a great feeling when you have confidence in your skin. I also travel from cold lake to Leduc because the staff at the spa are worth the drive."

"I went for a message Saturday Dec 14th. The message and staff we good. The reason for the low rating is,while having my massage I was able to hear everything going on in the building. The microwave in the room next door. The waiting room was across from my room and I could hear everything a new customer was seated and offered some thing to drink. There was"zen" music playing in my room and Xmas carols for the rest and I was listing to them both. When I go for a message It is usually quite and relaxing. Not here! Despite the signs saying relaxation progress " shhhh" Will not go back. Not a positive experience. Waste of money."

But holy it was so much more than that. It was literally a treatment for your entire body. I left there feeling so relaxed. And all of my skin and hair felt amazing. I literally loved everything. The only thing that made me unhappy was when it was over lol. I can’t wait to try the other new service the ULTIMATE experience. I love this spa and all the staff. *especially Gina and Alyssa ❤️ I love every service I have every received here. I think I have tried the majority of them. And as someone with an autoimmune condition, chronic pain, and PTSD. I frequently need a little extra care love and attention. Elements always delivers. Whether it’s Nails, lashes, pedicures, massages, facials, skin care, makeup, reiki, reflexology, waxing, body treatments, sauna, meditation and whatever else that I missed that I love here ????. Alyssa even did my wedding lashes and nails and they were amazing! The staff is friendly, the space is beautiful and welcoming, but most importantly the environment is just amazing and at elements it really is about the mind, body, and spirit ❤️"

"My sister & I went today for a spa day - massage, mani, pedi & light mineral makeup. It was a GREAT experience, clean friendly environment. Very attentive & great services. Kim & her staff (I apologize I for the life of me cannot remember the name of the amazing woman who took care of my sister today :( but she was just as wonderful as kim) are knowledgeable on their procedures & skin care products as they ask for some info prior to service & offered some great knowledge. We hands down will be back & as a mama of 3 busy kids am SO THANKFUL for all the back breaking efforts to make me feel as relaxed & pampered as I did today. "I believe in giving true and honest reviews. I had my makeup done here as I go here for my manicures,pedicures and other things. I was very disappointed with my makeup. It says 1 hr service it took her 15 mins. This was for my brothers wedding. I was so upset I just wanted to leave so I paid and left ended up at MAC for them to fix it. I called them once I calmed down to talk to Kim the owner and she is absolutely amazing and handled the situation exactly how she should have. I will come back but only for other services and not with the girl that did my makeup. If you do want your makeup done ask for Kim. I am giving them 5 stars because of the way Kim handled the situation and the other services I have gotten there."

We saw September, Sarah, and Wana, I believe (sorry if I butchered the spellings of their names). They were all very professional, and we felt very comfortable with them all. "Was looking for an RMT nearby my work after messing up my shoulder and neck earlier in the week. Was pleased to find Marni is a few short blocks away and was able to book me in at short notice. She is an excellent communicator and provided exactly the treatment I was looking for, greatly easing the tension and working out the knots that had formed. She was also knowledgable about TMJD related treatments and offered information on a local specialist (noting that COVID related precautions of course make these treatments unavailable currently). Parking was easy to find in the adjacent lot. Office was easy to get to in the building. I'll definitely return for more appointments in the future."
