I had the lifting facial and I had a great experience! Starting with a nice tea which was offered. The personnel is so welcoming and kind. The facial itself was great! The massage therapist was very kind too, explaining the different steps of the treatment, what products she used etc. She started with some inhalations of lavender essential oils and a brief massage of the legs and feet which was very relaxing. At the end, I was offered another tea. Very good experience, I highly recommend this place!

Rika and Kana massaged my husband and I on our trip up here and it was by far the best spa treatments we’ve ever received. The entire staff is so kind, polite, and professional. We can’t wait for our next visit to Vancouver so we can get another one. Zen distress signature face and body massage is what we got. So so so amazing + the amazing view is a sweet bonus.

This Japanese spa truly impressed me. For the first time, I felt inspired to explore a culture because of one person. "Detail-oriented" perfectly describes the experience! The hot stone facial included cleansing, exfoliating, hydration, and a series of massages. Each step felt seamless and well thought out. The natural scents of the products were so relaxing that I forgot about my own Guerlain oil. My therapist Hachi began with essential oils to help me relax, followed by a delightful rice mask. After rinsing it off, she applied toner and lotion with sunscreen, leaving my skin bright and soft. I was so moved! Hachi’s energy and attention to detail made me curious about Japanese techniques. After the treatment, a cup of hot tea and some chocolate brought me back to reality, and I immediately signed up for an annual membership!

I used a birthday discount for a couples massage. The staff and space were welcoming, with a beautiful view of Vancouver and the mountains! The massage itself was very relaxing and restorative, and I appreciated the email afterwards with an after-treatment guide. They show a lot of care to their customers!

Simply wonderful. Took my partner here for her birthday for a couples massage package. They were so kind and remembered to wish her a happy birthday several times which made her feel very special. Everything was perfect, the attention to detail and personal service was incredible. We both enjoyed it very much and will be coming back for our anniversary as well!

Scheduled a birthday massage and had a wonderful time. It’s on the 5th floor of the office building so it’s a little hidden. Once you find it, it’s very serene. The massage room is so beautiful and I loved the attention to detail. The view is absolutely stunning. My massage therapist was very nice and I was able to speak up when I needed more pressure. My favorite part was the brushing, oil massage and guasha. It felt so amazing and I felt detoxed afterwards. After 75 minutes, I took in the view once again and was greeted to tea and a little candy. I would recommend it for a nice experience!

Was a very relaxing and calm experience. Did the couples massage, and it did not disappoint! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and calming there. Fantastic views of the city.
