It was super easy to find and there is only street parking available. The waiting room was extremely clean and quiet. The receptionist was very welcoming as soon as I came through the door and checked me in quickly. My massage therapist Charles was extremely professional and made me feel at ease and comfortable. We ended up having such a good rapport the we chatted through our session which I don’t normally do but again Charles was just so lovely and easy going. The massage itself was amazing and I really liked how Charles would check in with me from time to time to ask about pressure and how I was liking everything or if there was a place I needed more work on so extremely accommodating. I will definitely be returning to Charles to continue my massage therapy.

I came here for a pregnancy massage with Stacey at nearly 24 weeks pregnant. The clinic is nice and clean, the receptionists were both very professional and kind, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Perfect for a massage clinic! The massage itself was a lovely experience! I was a little nervous getting a massage while pregnant, but Stacey made me feel safe and relaxed, and reassured me that I can switch positions any point to feel more comfortable. I highly recommend getting a pregnancy massage to any expecting mom; it truly eased any tension and stress in my body. I can't wait to come back! Thank you, Stacey!

Today I had acupuncture and I was very impressed, Taylor is a professional, he relieved my pain for years in one session. I found my master and I recommend to everyone to go only to him! Nice atmosphere, attentive staff, I bet 100 out of 100.

Welcoming reception, therapist is great at working on identified issues and area's of concern. Well maintained environment with a calming atmosphere. Hours are great with evening and weekend appointments. I have been a client for 10 years, travel from out of town, and will continue to do so. Knead to Unwind also offers a verity of message therapies to meet your needs.

I recently went for a massage and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. My massage therapist, Kris, was incredibly knowledgeable and skillful. She focused on the areas that needed the most attention, which for me were my shoulders, traps, and pecs. As a breastfeeding mom who also nurses to sleep and frequently uses baby carriers, these areas were extremely tight and sore. Kris did an amazing job alleviating the tension and pain. She also provided me with stretches to do daily, which has been very helpful. I highly recommend Kris and will definitely be returning for more sessions. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Not happy here. I brought up my concern that I'm not getting the amount of time I'm paying for seeing as they charge for every 15 mins of service. A 90 minute massage, or any massage for that matter, includes the time it takes you to change, discuss your needs, and finally wait for the masseuse enter. So if you think you're getting an actual hour or longer massage, you're not. I've been overpaying for the last year and they couldn't give me a reasonable explanation for the missing time. I also specifically asked that they don't discuss my concern with my therapist as I didn't want any awkward feelings or conversation on my next visit. Management should have been able to deal with my concerns alone. They responded to me saying that they'll discuss with my therapist. I said I'm never coming back as they wouldn't respect my wishes and that's it. They had further response. Now I loose out on a therapist whom I was happy with and she looses out on the huge tip I'd leave every time. I hope you get the time you pay for and if not, question them.

Taylor is amazing. I have seen her for years and recently had some neck and shoulder issues and she was able to fit me in early due to a cancellation and help me with some deep tissue massage.

I’ve had a massage every 1-2 months for the past ~6 years as a way to help me with pain management, and over the years I’ve been to several massage therapists. With the ongoing pandemic one of my regular massage therapist I’ve seen for 2 years no longer works at the place I went to and that left me on the search for another massage therapist. And pretty sure I found her! Emma at Knead to Unwind is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been too! I had the cupping massage, and sure it looks like I was in a fight with an octopus now but the knowledge care and professionalism in the massage was outstanding and my back felt the benefits fairly immediately. Heads up to those with mobility issues - the clinic is on the second floor and the stairs are large. I was fairly thrown off by the stairs when I walked in the front door, as stairs in general can be an issue for my hips and knees, thankfully they weren’t acting up that day. Front desk staff was great and very informative about their massage options. Highly recommend.
