I went today for a mani & pedi and it was awesome. Oxana did a fabulous job and was super friendly. The only minor critique I'd have is that the bench you sit on during the pedi is rather uncomfortable. I also think that it would be nice if customers were offered something to drink, especially if the appointment goes for 2 hours like mine. The quality of work was top notch though! Thanks again to Oxana!

I attended the clinic yesterday for a massage and a facial and was looked after by Anastasiia she was amazing made the entire experience really relaxing. She worked on the areas i had issues with which helped so much she also listened to the concerns i had about my skin and what i wanted most out of my facial and she really listened and was very informative 100% be back again!

I can't describe how satisfied I am with their services! I've been a fixed costumer for almost six months, from waxing to nail services by Nicole and Laurence. I never had any issues after, and everything was so amazing. I highly recommend this place. As you enter the lounge, their positive vibe and welcoming manner give you the feeling of being in good hands. The staff are as friendly and kind as you feel they are your friends of years. Their love and care warm up your heart, and you can experience a wonderful spa time. My name is Aly - Not Chris. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my experience yesterday with Corville (not sure I spelled that right). She was FANTASTIC and really knew what she was doing. She was so lovely and she really made me feel relaxed during my facial. When she was doing my pedicure we had a lovely conversation. I 100% plan to use Luxe again for mobile services. During the consultation before my facial Conniver really showed great interest and care for my skin - you can tell she's passionate and really believes in what she does! This was the first time I could see a visible difference after a facial - my 49-year old skin seemed so much smoother and radiant. I only gave 4 stars because the new owners are renovating so the ambience wasn't quite there yet, nor their range of products, but with time it will be a 5-star place I'm sure!

Had an amazing facial, so relaxing and I felt great after. The lady was so sweet I wish I remembered her name but she made the experience lovely ???? Edit: after the facial I booked a basic manicure (first one ever!) And I had Laurence again for it and again had an amazing experience! She offered me coffee which was really good and much appreciated since I hadn't had time for any today! My nails look much nicer and healthy now, I will be back!

I am so very impressed with this place. Exceptional customer service, very professional and friendly. Michael, the owner of the place responded to my online inquiry within minutes and I was able to book an appointment the very same day. My pedicure with Nayeli was the best one I ever had. She is very attentive, efficient with a very warm, bubbly personality. The spray tan with Nicole exceeded my expectations. Professional to the core with exceptional attention to detail and sunny disposition. I found my new place ! Highly recommend it!
