Phenomenal first visit experience. From the moment I walked in amazing customer service from Manager Kit, made me feel welcomed. The treatment from both Tessa and Briella was like I was in heaven during a Voyeur session (a must try), so relaxing and well worth it. Definitely coming back soon.

I been coming here for some time and Everytime I had good experience. Emily is best person. She owns the place and she really cares for her girls. Any issues I had Emily promptly addressed it. Great customer service and all the girls I have seen are amazing and amazing attitude.

I've been coming to Muse Spa since 2022 and I always get the best VIP treatment. My own private room, Room 5 and the Muse girls are very beautiful and polite and Muse managers Des (apologize if I got her name wrong) and Kit are amazing managers. Ariya and Briella are two of my favorite muses. I've been seeing Ariya for almost 3 years, since the Honda Indy Toronto weekend and she always gives me the best VIP treatment. She's my all time favorite Muse. Also shoutout to the owners Riley and Emily. 10/10 for sure.

I saw Lailah yesterday and was very disappointed and upset. She was very rude and rushed me to finish after only 15 minutes when I paid for 30 minutes. She is terrible. Don't recommend at all. Lailah also works at Pickering Angels spa in Pickering Ontario and goes by the name Nargis there. Update, Lailah or Nargis as she was known at the Pickering location, got fired from Pickering Angels spa, not surprised with that less than desirable attitude of hers.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Don’t come to this place. You will receive nothing but attitude and disrespect from the workers and they will discriminate you and say “it’s not rocket science” to your face and treating you like you are ignorant. SAVE your money, time and go somewhere else but here.
