This place is amazing! Very relaxing facial. Probably the best facial I have ever received here in Ontario. I was given an in depth explanation on how to take care of my skin afterwards. The facial made my skin so much brighter! Definitely recommending to everyone I know.

I have never been to a spa so I did not know what to expect, but they exceeded all expectations and went beyond. The environment is calm and relaxing. The workers are very friendly. The place is very clean. We did a couples spa date which entailed a massage, a facial or head massage and a pedicure. They were kind enough to accommodate everything within the 2hour timeframe. They also provided a receipt for the massage for insurance purposes, which is something they reminded me of. I highly recommend!! I will definitely look here for future massages!

I had a wonderful experience at Mandara Spa. Amina recommended the hot stone massage and it was amazing. The aesthetic felt warm, was very clean, and chic. Felt very comfortable right away. Highly recommend!

Decided to try this place on a whim and I was not disappointed. I believe I was speaking with the owner when I was there and she was so nice and welcoming. I ended up going with an hour relaxation massage and the sugar body scrub. The massage was so relaxing. The masseuse who attended to me made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. My feet are very ticklish, yet I had no problem when she was massaging them. Overall, you can tell that she cared about the customers experience. The body scrub was nice as well. The pain is pretty low on the scale, but in the end it is worth it. I left super relaxed and as smooth as a dolphin. I’ll definitely try to visit on a monthly basis to treat myself to a relaxing massage.

The rmt that did my hot stone massage (I think her name is manjit) was very good. I felt relaxed and totally zen. The spa is beautiful on the inside and I will definitely be back for another massage.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this spa. I had booked an appointment for a 1-hour body massage at 5 PM. Due to some unexpected delays, I called ahead when we realized we would be about 15 minutes late, considering their closing time was 7 PM. The staff assured us that the delay wouldn't be an issue. However, upon arrival, which was about 20 minutes late, I was informed that they could only provide a half-hour massage due to the delay. To my disappointment, the massage turned out to be nothing close to what I had anticipated. Instead of a full-body massage, they only offered a foot massage, which was also subpar in quality. The therapist seemed to be in a hurry and completed the session in less than 30 minutes. To my surprise, I was charged nearly the same amount as the original price for a full hour, justifying it as the cost for a 30-minute session. This entire experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The lack of proper communication about the delay and the subsequent change in service was upsetting. Moreover, the quality of the massage itself was not up to the mark, and the rushed nature of the session only added to my disappointment. Given the overall experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to this spa in the future. The unmet expectations, the hurried service, and the questionable pricing policy have left me feeling anguished and dissuaded me from considering this establishment for any future visits.
