I recently had a deep tissue massage with Yan, From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Yan's technique was incredibly skillful, and she knew exactly how to target the areas where I carry the most tension. I left feeling so much more relaxed and with noticeably less muscle pain. Yan was professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my needs.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting massage Addict for a massage therapy session. I have been here for the past couple years and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable in the serene environment. The online booking system makes scheduling easier. I always receive an email and text message and sometimes even a phone call the day before my appointment to confirm. Julianna B. took the time to discuss my specific needs and areas of concern before starting each session. Her professionalism and knowledge were evident as she tailored the treatment to address my muscle tension and stress. The atmosphere was calming, with soft music and a pleasing scent that helped me relax. During the massage, Julianna, applied the perfect amount of pressure and used various techniques to relieve tension in my shoulders and lower back. I appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to adjust the pressure based on my feedback. After the session, I felt a significant release of stress and tension. Julianna also provided helpful tips for maintaining my well-being at home. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I left feeling rejuvenated and balanced. I will definitely be returning for more sessions in the future!

⭐ 1-Star Review I’ve been to this place twice for a 60-minute massage, but both times I was called in late and finished early, meaning I never got the full session I paid for. It seems like a pattern, not a one-time issue. If you’re paying for 60 minutes, you should actually get 60 minutes. The worst part was the front desk service—completely unwelcoming. The receptionist barely acknowledged me, was cold, and only cared about how I was paying. When I mentioned I thought my service was covered, I got no explanation, just a blunt response. For the price they charge, I expected a much better experience. Unfriendly atmosphere, rushed services, and poor customer service. There are much better places out there—I won’t be coming back!

I am an ex professional athlete and currently work a very physically demanding job. The RMT that I would recommend for *serious* massage and guaranteed results is Yan. Yan has a background in high performance sports herself and is very in tune with my specific needs. She has several years of experience and is not shy in providing exceptional service - if you can handle it. Highly recommended for any massage needs, but especially for those who want results. Thanks Yan!!

I never had any issues here until recently. In the span of a month, I had 3 appointments cancelled on me. One of times, I was already seated and waiting for my RMT only to be told AFTER my appointment start time that the RMT was no longer available. I moved my work schedule around to make this appointment only to find out I had completely wasted my time. The receptionist told me he would take note of my name to let his manager know since at that point I had already been cancelled on twice in a row. He told me that the manager MIGHT reach out to make things right. I never heard from the manager. When I was cancelled on the third time, the receptionist offered another time but I was no longer available as I had scheduled this appointment weeks ago. To top it off, they sent me the wrong invoice with another clients personal information for an appointment they did actually follow through on. Highly disappointed they just can’t get it right.

Scott was fantastic. First massage in 36 years and I am glad that I met Scott. As an avid soccer player, sitter work all day - I have a lot of pain in my body especially neck, shoulder, spinal area and Scott fixed the issues for me. I am feeling a lot better!

The massage was good. There was just a simple problem: When you don’t know how much of the session is covered by insurance and aren’t sure why you have to pay when the insurance says it covers 100%, you might call the receptionist to figure it out. There are two ways to respond: 1- Friendly and helpful tone: “I’m not sure about the reason, but I’m here to help and make sure you have a good experience. I’ll send you the insurance note, and we can look at it together. It seems the issue might be the deductible. Please check with your insurance company and let me know if you need more help. Don’t hesitate to call back, and we’ll figure it out.” 2- Unfriendly and abrupt tone: “I’m not sure about the reason. I can send you the insurance note. I’m not stealing money from you—this is something to do with your insurance.” Both answers explain the issue clearly, but the first one would make me want to go back to the clinic. The second one wouldn’t. My experience with Massage Addict was like the second response.
